Sean is amazing. I had a visit on 12.13.23, and he took the time, professional service, and reassuring approach to help me locate items I had been searching high and low for. Thank you and you should be a manager asap! His willingness and intelligence of his store truly restored my faith in this location. I even happened to witness him positively coaching a younger new employee. Job well done Sean!

This store is legit my favorite store I always get stuck in here and e.ployees fallow me most likely thinking I'm stealing its kind of annoying I just lost this store they have so many different cute things and I love trying new artsy stuff

The Michaels Store in O'Fallon is very nice. The cashier assisted me with my online order pick up.

The worker knew her stuff. I was looking for transfer numbers, had been to 3 different stores and received blank looks. Went to Michael's and the staff took me right to the numbers

I love this store. They have the best variety of hanging picture frames in all sizes and colors. I use this store mostly for decorating all over the house. They have it all whether you wanna create your own or find items already made.

They always have great decorations and different educational gift ideas for the kids or grandkids.

Online order pick up in store works like a charm if you hate lines like me.

Had my autographed PUNISHER POSTER, custom framed by Michael's this past week. What an "outstanding" job they did for me. These folks were easy to work and I love the fine craftsmanship on the frame and matting work that was done. Thanks to Kaitlin for helping me do the frame build initially and Anthony for the frame mounting set up and final work on putting it all together so nicely. And last but not least, David the store manager for making my experience at Michael's a pleasurable one, I left with a great feeling and a great product! See you soon with my next project! The employee there led the way and showed me where tissue paper was and checked other stores on stock for a glitter I was looking for. The framing department is nice, too and so was the cashier. Framing lady was nice and led me to what I was looking for and gave good advice on what to use on wood and jean material.

Michaels is always running a coupon of some sort, which I LOVE! Their home decor is super cute.

I love the discounts and wide array of acrylic paints available here! I've recently become addicted to pour painting.

I brought my son to purchase polymer clay so he can build FNAF characters. The store was stocked and clean. There was a short line to check out. The young woman was kind at checkout. We were in and out. It was great!

They have done some wonderful custom framing for some old sports team pennants, and definitely have a great selection of craft items.

They were so kind when I called for glue. Everywhere was out and even though they doubted they had any left they checked anyway. They found 3 bottles and put them on a 40 hour hold when I couldn't make it that night. When I went in the next day the cashier was so helpful and checked me out quickly.
