Go see Chris, she was great! Let us take our time browsing for a bedroom set and mattress. She knew it was a big purchase and did not pressure us at all, but provided great info and support. We ended up going to a few other places and the decided to come back to Ashley and complete the sale with Chris. She walked us through the whole purchase and got us delivery in about a week- week & a half, delivered today. Delivery was updated & timely, and all furniture looks great, we’re very happy with the purchase & service.

I haven’t had my furniture put together yet, so can’t speak on that part, but my shopping experience was nice! Shelby was friendly and eager to help us out. The store was clean and well-organized also. I didn’t feel pushed/pressured to buy anything like you do at some places. Very relaxing experience for my mother and I.

My wife and I had a great experience here. The sales people on the floor were not overbearing and very helpful when we needed it. We worked with James Booth and he did a fantastic job. Very friendly and conversational. He is very knowledgeable and really took time to run through everything as we made our purchase. He made sure we were all set up before we left the store. I felt like we were taken care of and really appreciated his customer service. I have a really good impression on Ashley Furniture because of him and I plan to go to Ashley Furniture in O’Fallon in the future.

Very professional and friendly staff. Helpful, yet not pushy. We felt comfortable while we were looking for new furniture and not pressured in any way. It was a pleasant experience, and Jeremy is top notch.

Chris was our sales lady, and she was fantastic. She listened to our concerns, and we were able to find everything we needed & wanted. We purchased a corner sofa with a chase, also an entertainment center with a fireplace insert. I can't wait for them to be delivered and start using them. When we met Chris that morning, I said that I wasn't paying for delivery. Well Ashely charges for delivery and not a set price nor is it calculated by the amount of furniture you buy. It is calculated by how much money you spend. I said I don't care I am not paying to have it delivered when I am paying a high price already because furniture is the highest marked up item, we American's buy. She took it out of her own pocket/commission to make it, so I did NOT have to pay for delivery. I thought that was so nice of her to do that for me. She was so accommodating and sweet. I wish she didn't have to do that. I wish Ashley didn't charge for delivery. I just want Ashely to know that Chris is an exceptional employee and makes sure her customers are very happy before they leave.

My sales representative, Amy, was great. She made the purchasing of a bedroom set, easy and painless. I was able to get exactly what I wanted and the entire purchase took me about 20 minutes.

I loved that we were greeted by Susie and she went over some deals and told us to take a look around and to come get her when we had questions or ready to purchase, which we did. This was the best experience I have ever had shopping for furniture

We walked in about 8p.m. after coming from slumber land furniture 👎🏽and was greeted by a guy named Chris who was very nice and knowledgeable about everything in the store very respectful of our space but kept an eye on us to make sure he was available if we needed his help.... we ended up buying bed set and mattress & bottom box at a really good price.. thanks Chris we'll be back

We have used Ashley Furniture several times in the past. The last couch we bought has lasted us 12 years, and actually still works, it has just started peeling and we are ready to move on since our kids are getting older. I recommend going into Ashley and physically sitting, touching, feeling, and testing the furniture. They have a wide selection of everything and you will be pleased.

Chris went over and beyond to make sure our buying experience was comfortable and reassuring. We will most definitely be back to purchase more items for our home. After visiting several stores we felt that Ashley furniture quality was top tier.

We got a great discount on our furniture. There was no sales pressure. We had a very knowledgeable sales person, Angelo Blakely. Angelo was very helpful, assisting us to select the Perfect furniture for us.

Nicole was my sales lady and she was super nice and got all my things lined up for delivery!
UPDATE:
I would never go to Ashley furniture again!!! ONE WEEK after I purchased the table and chairs for $1444.00 it went on sale for 1109! I asked for the price adjustment and the store manager Tim, told me he basically didn’t care if I got the adjustment or not. He gave me a number for someone above him, I called and they said yes they would give me the adjustment…. I never got it… called back again and the supervisor told me no I could not get the adjustment. What horrible customer service. This would be a 334$ adjustment. I at this point told them I would return it and re purchase for the sale price.. they said I could not return, all sales are final - I’ll never be back to Ashley furniture ever

Shelby was great AGAIN! We purchased a bedroom set and a chair over MLK weekend. We purchased a couch from her a couple of years ago also. She is very knowledgeable about their products and never pressures you.

Across the board the team here was great! MacKenzie was my sales person. She went above and beyond for my purchase!!!!!! She even came in on her day off to help finish the purchase!!!
