I just purchased my first cross trainers from this store. Great selection and return policy and the young man that helped me was great! Very helpful, his name was Jamo, give him a raise!

I love this location and this store is awesome! Have a wide variety of sporting goods at a decent price! The staff is super helpful and extra nice! My fishing needs was met and exceeded. The person John that helped me and checked me out was great, he is the freaking man! Thanks for all your help John!

Massive place with almost every type of sporting accessory or thing you may need. Really good and fairly priced ice skates. They didn't have any badminton rackets, but That's not saying much since I haven't found any other store in the area with them either.

Very professional employees I forgot the lady’s name she is young works at the cashier counter red blonde hair very very polite and helpful and I believe his name is Sam Scott very tall guy reddish hair help me in the t ball area help me out with my sons t ball stuff gave me a lot of useful info very pleased with this location keep up the great customer service work

Had a little snag with my pickup order, but these folks were awesome at fixing it up for me. Solid 10/10 service!

Went in to swap out my daughters pants and belt for softball and Travis was so helpful and friendly. He took us right to what we needed and helped us find the right sizes. Very accommodating and great experience! Started my day off on the right foot!

A couple months ago I was helped by the Manager John. He went above and beyond and helped me out with a shirt I purchased that I left at the cashier. Even though it took me a couple weeks to notice John was still able to help me. Overall both experiences were great and would highly recommend this location.

I came in to get my son new gear as he's starting soccer next month. I know next to nothing about soccer gear and was a bit nervous about how this was going to go. Aldo helped us find soccer cleats and gave some great tips for quality shoes, answered all my questions patiently and honestly, then he went a step further and helped us find shin guards. This meant so much to me as someone who is new to the soccer world. What a good human he is!

Went in not knowing which hiking shoe I wanted. Tori in the shoe department took the time and showed me different options and checked my shoe size and made sure everything was perfect for me. Thank you Tori, great customer service!

I love this store, it is by far my favorite Dick's Sporting Goods I have ever been to. The manager here is very understanding and will do anything to try and make the customers happy. The staff walk around and actually ask if you need any help and are glad to help. I would always recommend this store to any of my friends. The product selection is very good compared to other stores I have been to and the prices are always lower than other competitors. This store is almost never too busy in my experience.

Everyone was super helpful. At one point I thought people just kept checking on me cause that thought I was stealing but turns out everyone from the greeters to the cashier are just super friendly.
P.s. Whoever the greeter was on 11/19/2020 at 1:50 to like 2:20 was the most beautiful man I have ever seen in my life. Will be returning to buy anything just so I can see him again.

Went in to pickup an online order. I had a $20 off $100 online coupon that was not working when I entered it. I asked if they would still honor it and the manager (John) I believe his name was, told me it was not eligible for the brand I was purchasing but gave me the discount anyway. Cashier AJ was helpful as well. Great experience and the store was sanitizing all the necessary things which was great.

UPDATE: they have a new manager and the store has done a 180. Super friendly staff and the store looked great.

Hell on earth. Staff was wholly uninterested in selling us a pair of shoes. If they don't want to get sizes or help, then make them all self serve.

I don't usually post reviews, but I had a really great experience here getting my golf clubs re-gripped. Mitch, the golf guy, was courteous, professional, and helpful in making sure I got the best possible deal, and gave me a reasonable expectation of the time it would take--which he eventually surpassed. Mike, the cashier, was awesome, and caught a mistake we made during the checkout process and tracked me down in the store to let me know he rectified it. When I came in close to closing time, the staff made it easy, and I was in and out in under 2 minutes. Additionally, everyone's steadfastness to social distancing in the time of COVID was appreciated.

Received amazing customer service by John at this location! For years, my phone number attached to my rewards account was incorrect making it inconvenient to use every time I went in. He took the extra minute to fix it finally, gave us a discount for our trouble and genuinely thank me for my business. As a result of this stellar service, I will be going back next weekend to do the kids school shopping there. 5 Stars John! Thanks!

Staff are very helpful. I purchased the wrong size shoes and when I brought them back they directed to the correct area in the store, a staff member greeted me in that area quickly, helped me find the correct size and I was able to exchange them quickly at check out.

I am not a sporty person, but I have ended up at Dick’s many times. Every time I have been given a friendly welcome and experienced very helpful staff throughout the store. Thanks for making my shopping experience great!
