Michaels is always a fun place to go. If you have a coupon and if you don't is always a good idea to look up a coupon before because they have great deals. I would also suggest signing up for their free membership. They send you text messages here and they're not too much of a nuisance, but they are great deals. Today, I was able to use a 20% off I purchased

The manager was really helpful in regards to helping me find what's the best fit to hang pictures on the wall. I'm pretty old-fashioned, and use pushing pins, but there was a new item that he introduced me to which helps hang pictures better It's always helpful when you can find someone to help you

There currently is 70% sale on framing so i went to the store about helping me select a frame. The Manager , Altamash of Framing was extremely helpful, Knowledgeable and great to work with. I did not realize how large of a selection the store had on custom framing. The good news is that it will take two weeks for my custom frame and if I had a standard piece that I could have done it myself . However if you are looking to finally frame that poster or art piece this week is the time to do it before 70% sale ends and make sure to say hello to Altamash

I was looking for paint pens with a brush tip and I found some. Not too many. Not a very big selection but I found what I was looking for. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The new manager at this location, definitely makes his presence known, and truly understand the Customer Service assignment; super friendly and accommodating. Only complaint is they never have any medium thickness plywood proofgrade. Not even any tags though

If you're an artist or someone who enjoys creative projects, Michael's is definitely a store you need to check out. This art supplies store has everything you could ever need, from paintbrushes and canvases to scrapbooking supplies and jewelry-making kits. The store is well-organized and easy to navigate, with different sections for different types of products.

I took in one of those paint by numbers canvas to be stretched on a wooded frame. What I didn't realize at the time was that there were deep creases from the canvas being folded when it was sent to me. When I got the painting back after being stretched, the creases remained there. The framing department manager and the store manager were very understanding and gave me a full refund of everything I paid before hand. Very honest staff!

I went in for two bags of candy melt and came out with five full shopping bags. Great store very friendly employees. Donna help me at the register and even though it was a crazy day she was very sweet and friendly.

Let's celebrate Christmas early! Michael's is on board! Christmas items are already on sale with great prices. The store will get busy fast and the items will go fast too. I bought mine... You'd better not wait, get started now for the best selections and prices.

Store is big and well stocked. They always have a lot of variety. It's one of my favorite Michael's stores in the bay area.

The Union City store had fully stocked shelves. The workers were very helpful and were familiar with the merchandise. I appreciated the large variety of kids activities. Use store online coupons.

Love the service at this location. Store is always nice and neat. Very convenient location, as it is right in between Petco and Smart n final. I’ve even been able to get insanely good deals on photo frames, kids toys, fake floral and wall art. The app is also very helpful and easy to use. Definitely one of my favorite stores to shop at.

I was early to pick up an order and the person working got the order for me so I didn’t have to wait and helped me take the items to my car. Very nice :)

This particular Micheal's store has a great stock of items. I have been to other locations in the Bay Area and have noticed dwindling availability of items. Everything is well organized here. You will be able to find what you need for your crafts.
