Great service from Frank and knowledgeable. They had the Samsung Q80C TV in stock that I was looking for when Best Buy was out of inventory and for $100 less! Would highly recommend Video Only since they have amazing selection, stock and prices! Also, they have an awesome vintage 1985 Samsung CRT tv hooked up and working at the front counter to a DVD player and mini Namco arcade console, so nostalgic!

I purchased a number of TVs from Video Only Hayward before. I found out they moved to Union City and went to buy new OLED TV. The Union City store is much better setup compared to their Hayward store. Reggie helped me out and gave me a great deal. He was very knowledgeable and made the whole purchase process smooth and efficient. Will definitely continue to buy from Video Only.

Stumbled here after we spent the whole day looking for some new TVS . Reggie was super outgoing and informed us of the differences . Super patient and answered all of our questions . Reggie was super friendly and helpful. I purchased a Samsung 75” on Black Friday this year and Video Only offered a super discounted price compared to other major retailers. I was happy with the purchase and in-and-out of the store within minutes. I also purchased a TV mount here and received a discount. Staff appeared to be super down to earth type of people. I would highly recommend coming here before checking out others. The TV I purchased was sold out at some of the other retailers. This was by far the least stressful Black Friday Purchase ever. :)

I was greeted immediately upon entering and asked what my name was. Frank used my name throughout my visit and was very personable and genuinely passionate and knowledgeable about TV and home audio technology. Frank was so good that he even offered to help personally deliver the large TV I bought which wouldn’t fit in my car and he offered to recycle my old TV for free. Frank can also convert your old VHS home videos to digital and DVD.

This was seriously one of the very best retail shopping experiences I’ve ever had.

The store has a nostalgic retail feel to it. No frills or eye catching layouts, which translates into the best prices you’ll find for TVs. I walked out with a TV plus the added 5 year protection plan and delivery for less than the same TV at Best Buy. Video Only has the best service and the best prices, hands down. Don’t bother going anywhere else.

This is the only place I will purchase a TV from. I have previously purchased 3 TV's from there Dublin location. Was thrilled when they opened the Union City location. I took my father in today as we were in a pinch to replace my grandmother's TV that suddenly stopped working. We went to the Union City location and we were assisted by Anthony Gonzalez. He was patient, knowledgeable and helped us find solutions to the TV stand limitations we had. The sale prices are already better than the competitors but even then Anthony was able to make additional adjustments to keep us in budget. Transaction was smooth, easy and quick. I always feel like these guys go the extra mile to make sure the purchase experience makes the client happy. This was another great experience for this repeat client.

I called into the store and spoke with the sales manager, Anthony. His customer service and knowledge of merchandise was top notch! He allowed me to purchase over the phone to secure a deal since I couldn’t make it to the store before closing. When I went in the next day to pick up my TV, I met Vahn who was very friendly and helpful. My overall experience was exceptional! This is the place to go for your video needs!!

I only have to say that video have the best deals and costumer service when it comes to buy your new TV. They are very professional and costumer oriented. Frank helps us through out our purchase in deciding the best outcome when we couldn't get the TV that we originally purchased but it was in back order he proposed another TV similar in comparison and on top of that we got a discount and very happy with the outcome and will recommend video only to anybody they have very good deals and frank and all the staffs are very professional. If you don’t go to video shop you will regret it later . The deals are unbeatable. Video only by far is the best place to buy a TV- friendly, knowledgeable staff. Came in on Black Friday and purchased Samsung frame. My salesman James Yau was the best- him, and Anthony the sales manager gave me the best price. James got me in touch with Mohammad the tv installer and he did a great job! Mounted the TV perfectly and also helped me set up all of my equipment and audio! 5 star ratings for them all! I’ve been going to video only since the 90’s and all of my TV’s have been bought through them. They even take away your old TV. The best of the best!

Best place to go for deals and the best electronics to be sold at video only first time coming to the new location union city and had the best experience Reggie (store manager) had that video only spirit my family and customer services at it’s all time high! he helped me find my new setup words can not express on his great service can’t wait to come back! My family went to Best Buy because of course the website said they had a good deal on a TV they had in stock at Union City. You can guess the story, we went, waited for 20 minutes for the employee to find none in stock. Sadly, this happens all the time and I pretty much expect this…

But then I remember Video Only is just 800 ft away so we went to check it out…

In less than 20 mins they were helping me load up a better TV for a better deal.

It was too easy, won’t be buying from anywhere else in the future.

Excellent customer service and they will beat the market price (including online stores). I bought an LG G3 OLED tv with great discount. Home installation was excellent. Service guys were very friendly. Few months later I bought a Samsung Q990C with insane discount, offered as a bundle price considering I bought the tv separately few months before. I highly recommend this store!
