Zander was great! He looked at my vehicle and figured out exactly what I needed and hooked me up! He was more than willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was good. Auto zone is definitely my go-to.

I’m writing this after a number of visits but today when I came in for a vacuum hose, the guy was quick, helpful and very polite. Every time I’ve gone in they were willing to help me find what I needed and if they didn’t have it, point me in the direction of where I can find it.

I came here to buy a battery and I had a great experience. I wanted to give a special shoutout to my guy Patrick who NAILED it. Great customer service, knew what he was talking about, worked efficiently, all of that good stuff. If every AutoZone employee is like Patrick, this is the best car-related company in the country. 10/10. I'd give more stars if google let me.

As a woman, there is a lot of hesitation to go to the auto part store, But Michelle is such a gem! Her energy was contagious and she was extremely helpful to me.

Patrick was extremely helpful, friendly, and positive! He made this trip the most enjoyable experience I’ve had at any auto parts store ever! I had accidentally placed my order at the wrong location, as there are two locations on Research, and Patrick volunteered to transfer my order from that location to the correct one with no prompting from me! I was ready to drive over there but he made my day much less annoying by getting me the parts I needed at the same store in less than 5 minutes!

I came in for a battery issue, they (Cathy, Tim & Wendy) were so helpful and patient, went above and beyond to get me sorted.

Hector was great helping me return the items I no longer needed, as these processes go, they often take some time but he was very patient and communicative. They're staffed to need and I wasn't in line for more than a minute and a half. Thanks to Gary too!

I love this AutoZone. They help me me find parts at the best price and are able to answer my questions on how to install them. They have a wide variety of accessories and tools to make this place a real one stop shop!

Very helpful staff- my garage sprinkler system leaked rusted water on my back car window- nothing would get it off-not even CLR! i thought it etched the glass and ruined it. I was going to have to file a claim but stopped by to see if they had any industrial level cleaner that would work. The man I spoke with told me to put Coca-Cola and a fine steel wool pad on it and it worked!!! It’s completely gone! Life saver!

Needed a new car battery. I was helped by Patrick, who was awesome! He was such a great help. He explained everything to me in detail, even gave me several options on what battery was best for my car. And installed my battery in 106 degree heat! Above and beyond great customer service! I even saved some money since my warranty was still active on my old battery! Thank you!!

First of all, only shop open till 10p. Got there 40 min before closing. Needed a new battery. Computer system said it needed 1h to install... Shop employee said "one hour? I can do that in 10min". And sure enough he did. Top notch service!

I stopped here after my Smart car broke down nearby. Nathaniel provided me with absolutely excellent service. It is a difficult car to find parts and information for but Nathan relentlessly scoured the internet to help me identify the right parts and purchase them. He then helped me jump the car and did everything imaginable to get it running. He went way above and beyond with service, paid extraordinary attention to detail and overall demonstrated extensive knowledge and understanding. Really great staff, clean and well managed store, 5 stars.

Has more in stock than one might think given the size of the store. The team here is attentive and usually a quick in and out. Appreciate the variety of things they have for whatever random fix is needed or for clean up and maintaining.

I had two instances of great service today. First being on the phone, the person was very patient and took the time to figure out what I was looking for. Secondly, in the store the associate was very kind and helpful. Explained to me how to install what I purchased without sounding condescending. Overall, I will shop here again.

The manager and staff at location provided the rock star experience the other day! I was in need of a battery for my 2015 Nissan Versa Note, and little did I know that this car was quite fussy with battery removal. I asked Alyx Watcher, the store manager for assistance with swapping out the battery. This battery’s terminal was perhaps a bit worn from heat, or some other reason, making it difficult to lift and separate from the battery. He worked diligently in the middle of the Texas heatwave, to remove it, and he maintained a great attitude the entire time. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, but this gentleman was the hero of the day! Thank you Alyx!

Had what I needed to my hybrid and even though the lady was not knowledgeable on what battery I needed, the other employees were quick, courteous, polite and compassionate in correcting her and finding the battery. No one belittled her or berated her. They just helped her find it and got it out there. I was very happy for all of their help! It was very quick and got me back on the road!/great teamwork!
