The UPS Store

Quick service simplified by having my previous shipping info on file to make it easier. If I'm shipping to someone I've shipped to before, I don't have to rattle off my info or theirs. So easy.

I am surprised by how efficient and friendly the service is every time I visit the UPS Store. I find myself saying each time, "Wow! That was fast!".

Great experience...Pat was extremely helpful in helping me with renting a business mailbox and answering all of my questions. Pat has excellent customer service skills, it didn't hurt that he started humming the tune to the name of my business, made me smile after a long day...so needed. We had a short conversation about it. Flow was pretty steady during both of my visits there today. Staff was fast, efficient and friendly...worked as a team. If they were having a rough day, it didn't show. All staff helped every customer in person with a smile and answered all calls with a smile. I'm glad I chose this location.

Always professional and take time for each customer. Always a friendly hello and smile!

This store is awesome, I work in the same shopping center and after Pat helped me out with a refund, he personally walked over to bring it. In this day and age, that shows extreme character. If you ever need some great service in regards to shipping go to this location. Thanks Pat!

I frequently take any Amazon returns to this UPS store and occasionally mail packages there. This afternoon, shortly after 5pm, I stopped there to send an Amazon return. The store had closed for the day, so finding the door locked, I returned to my car. As I got in my car, a gentleman approached and said he was the store’s owner and wondered if he could help me. I explained that I would return during business hours. He said he didn’t mind helping me, so he parked his car and reopened his store to assist me. I’m sure he was ready to go home after the long day, but I was so impressed with his kindness. I wouldn’t have minded coming back at another time, but his willingness to go out of his way to help, made a huge impression on me. From now on, I’ll take my business to his store. And, I’ll remember to pay his kindness forward. Thank you, sir.

I come to this location often to mail out things, and I like this place because it’s easy and affordable. Most of the employees are great, except for ‘Miss Green’. Now, everyone has bad days, I get it. But every single time I come in, I’m disappointed when I have to interact with her. She seems moody and not very friendly. The other girl, and the long haired gentleman are my favorite to work with - they’re always very friendly and nice. I love seeing them. But I feel like I’m always bothering Miss Green, she has an attitude that has made me consider looking for another store.

Edit: Since my review, I haven’t seen Miss Green in store and it’s honestly made my experiences much better, so I bumped it up a star. It really does make a difference when the staff is pleasant, I no longer worry about going in anymore :)

I love this store! Hector & Pat have such a great attitude. I don’t dread coming in here almost everyday. Makes everything so much easier when people are nice.

The customer service girl was super friendly and helpful. The owner then personally helped me regarding a new p.o.box and smiled and chatted with me. She said she's the original owner and has been there 17 years. This was my first time here and will be my go-to UPS now. I actually drove over 15 miles to get to this one because the one by my new house was horrible. This location has Positive Energy! Worth the extra drive.

Quick and efficient, friendly, and from what I can observe family operated. Just notice that shortly they won't be able to take prepaid packages do to limited space at this location.

Had to give this place a 5 star review. I didn’t catch his name, but there was a man with curly hair and green eyes that was SO helpful. I had a package that was going to cost $30 to send, and he helped me get that down to a significantly lower price. Best customer service I’ve experienced in a while. Highly recommend this location. I will be making a little bit of a longer drive just to get to this location. Keep up the awesome work, guys!

This UPS store provides excellent service. I am often feeling overwhelmed as many are, and when I run in here I am always greeted very warmly, and service is provided very promptly. I had a rental book for school to return and I had the box and the packing label, along with another book to refuse and return. I walked in and was about to wrap it up and Justin came up and offered to do it, told me not to worry it was all taken care of. I was out of there in 2 minutes. This was very nice as I was on my way to a party in my son's classroom. It is very nice when even the small parts of life (2 min) are very positive, helpful, and leave quite an impression.

Josie helped me, she was excellent , great personality , very helpful . She always has a smile and so pleasant to talk with . This store is the best !!!!

I’ve been shipping everything from this store for almost 20 years. The same wonderful family has been running it and the people they hire stay for a long time. Even on the busiest days they are as fast and friendly as when it’s quiet.

I almost wanted to give one star so they’d stay just my little secret but they deserve full accolades

By far the BEST post office. Quick, professional and I have never had an issue with my order in the years I have come to this location. Pat is always helpful even on the busiest of days. This is the only place you can come to for stress-free mailing.

Eight years with them (yes, before they became "UPS"). They've been great: calling about packages, pulling my mail from my box before I get to the front desk. Polite, reasonable. They even waved off a charge when I needed to return something mis-sent to me.

Relationship counts for a lot and the owner, his spouse, and the work crew have been attentive and friendly. Highly recommend them. (Dunno if they have any free boxes, though...)

I ship anywhere from 4 to 25 boxes a day here and the staff that's there is extremely helpful! I had a car full of boxes and they took the time to come out and help load my dolly and place my prepaid labels on my boxes as well. I commend the staff for taking the extra mile when not a single fedex staff member would do the same. Cheers to them and the way they treat customers.

Also an addition. . Before I started shipping here I wanted to make a usaa deposit and I was running 5- 15 minutes behind. The lady at the counter when I called said it would be her pleasure to wait up for me since I called in advance. She said no later than 15 minutes and stayed true to her word and was able to make my deposit since it was time sensitive. Best shipping office period!!!!

Been there more than a couple of times.
Had a great experience when I came in with my friend for some notary related work. The people there are amazing and took extra effort going out of their way to help us.
