Great customer service! I found all the employees to be very kind and helpful. Check out was easy. There's a nice variety of clothing options and sizes. The only negative I would say is that after lots of people have gone through, there are sometimes articles of clothing on the floor or thrown over the rack. Overall it's a great place to shop. I highly recommend it!

It has been several years since I last shopped at a mall. I needed to return 1400 thread count sheets that I had purchased online however didn't' realize weren't 100% cotton. So I decided to return them at the mall so I could examine and inspect the sheets Macy's had in stock. I was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable sales representative at the counter whose name was Jane. She provided me with the most exceptional world class customer service (something that has become almost obsolete)! This experience with Jane immediately changed my perspective. Do know that there still are professional, caring, helpful, respectful and knowledgeable people like Jane in customer service! Outstanding job in assisting me. I ended up purchasing more than what I returned!

We went for a dress for a school dance and they were the only ones that had dresses for a reasonable price. There were lots of styles and colors to choose from and was able to find one for under $50. Being that the chances are slim that it ever gets worn twice, this was the perfect price. Highly recommend!

I've been Dayton's, Mashall Field's & then Macy's long time loyal customer for over 40 yrs :) They appreciate & value my business & me as a wonderful & one of their very Best customer for decades!!!

There is Great mutual Respect! Their Top Execs & Central Partners are Great Professionals that I have tremendous Respect for them. And they admire me, my feedback & insights to help improve customer service, if needed to, that I've provided selflessly by taking my time for a great Company like Macys!!!

At this Rosedale Macys we as customers are very happy that after 18 yrs we have a wonderful store mgr Bryon Pravelka who works hard & is always there if you need help! He is respectful, diligent, and very responsible Executive that I truly respect him!!!

One more employee that is outstanding in the business world of MN is Angie---the mgr of Estee Lauder counter at this Macy's store. She is amazing! The best employee --very kind, helpful, you can count on her & Bryon & they will assist you, no matter what day, or time it is ---they are always there for customers! A pleasure to walk into this store where customers are welcomed & treated very nicely---Macys company is diversity inclusive & have a good heart.

Macy's have --ZERO TOLERANCE TOWARDS DISCRIMINATION! This is honorable! Unlike a lot of other retail companies where employees discriminate customers.

5 stars for Kathy at the register! She has a true and awesome heart! She was so helpful, and went above and beyond in Women's clothing. She did her best and made sure my mom got everything she needed for her new job at the US Bank Stadium! Thanks Kathy!

Went into Macy's looking for a specific Nike. The SM at Finish Line inside Macy's was great. He helped find the correct shoe and answered so many questions.

My wife and I were shopping at Macy’s yesterday and were very happy, satisfied. We got the best customer service from Nino who works at Lancôme and not just there she also helped me to pick out the cologne that I was looking for but not remember the name. Super satisfied and happy. Thanks Nino and Macy’s for giving us the best customer service.

Went on my lunch break for 2 items, was in and out in 5 minutes flat. Friendly service from a lady from the MAC counter who popped over to help in the Clinique section while the assistant ran to get more supplies.

The store was clean and well organized. I had a very pleasant sales associate offer assistance, but ends up I was on the wrong floor.

There was a nice selection of purses. I was also pleased to find a decent plus size clothes section. For being a high end store, I didn't think the prices were unreasonable.

I eventually decided to pass on the purses but would come back in the future.

Picked up an order I placed, store was business because of yhe holidays but the workers their were in good spirits and extremely helpful

I purchased these snow boots at Macy store here and loved it.

Nice shopping but more associates are neededed! Not atypical these days. Good discount on selected items. 10% discount coupon to use later when you buy anything.

I am not one for clothes shopping so I typically don't expect a great experience however this particular time a woman helped me (forgive me if I missed her name Susie I believe) she was so kind patient and helpful I just asked her to point me in a direction of the juniors department and she went above and beyond thank you! You are valued and appreciated along with every other worker there #gratitude
