SEPHORA at Kohl's

The employees were very friendly, it seems that they have a few workers but that’s fine I still got the best customer service and attention from the young lady with the cool earrings so definitely appreciate you all and thanks for making my experience at Sephora @ Kohls great!

Not a great experience at the Sephora at Kohl’s in Roseville. There was no one there to help when I had a question and when I finally found someone she was rude and unkind. The registers were closed and a note was left saying to checkout at the Kohl’s register. They had one register open with a long line, so I put all of my items back and left.

This location has been open only a few weeks and it's poor customer service already. Two employees in the store with several customers and we were never greeted or asked if we needed help, completely ignored. The one employee left was in back of the store ignoring everyone to the point where I had to tell her that four customers were standing at the register for checkout. She didn't seem to care. Off to the real Sephora across the street.
