Yando's Big M Supermarket

Went here tonight to grab a few things we needed for Christmas dinner and Dessert. The place was busy but wasn't too packed. I found everything I needed quickly. Everything was neatly and nicely straightened and where it was supposed to be. For a grocery store on Christmas Eve.I was impressed at how neat the store itself was. The young man that rang me out was very polite and very efficient at his job. He had great Customer Service adequate. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a few groceries.

So lucky to have such a nice market nearby. The staff are always super helpful and friendly. The stock is great and I can always find things here that I cannot at other supermarkets.
If there is something I can't locate or would like for them to stock, they are very receptive to it and I've been very impressed with how they try to get things in that are popular. I can't say enough about how hard they work in this store and the level of kindness that is sorely lacking elsewhere these days.
It's very convenient for the seniors that live a block away and don't have a car. 5 stars all day every day. Service with a smile is certainly their motto here. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I love the store. The canned goods get a little sudsy, but I have seen them clean them frequently, so I think it has to do with how the shelving is set up. Great management, great people. Carts are mass-cleaned quite frequently. Enforce mask policy. They won't endanger an employee by asking them to help someone out to their car without a mask.

I was crushed when Yando’s closed in Malone, I travel to Plattsburgh to shop there as often as I can with my cooler in the car. Just recently purchased my daughter’s birthday cake there as they are the best around ! Their meat is always so fresh. And customer service above & beyond - I just called out there describing what I was looking for and the girls went & pulled them off the shelf for me two days in a row and saved them in the office - can’t thank them enough !!!

I love shopping at yandos when I just need to pick up a few things. They have an amazing deli with amazing subs . And I love some of the deals they have. The meat needs to be rotated more. There is alot of not appealing brown colored meat.

We love Yando's. It's small enough to be perfect for picking up what we need and large enough to offer some variety. Good produce and baked goods!

Very nice store to shop at!! We have been shopping their Plattsburgh Store for seven years!!!!! We like their New York Strip Steaks and their homemade salads which are hard to get anywhere today!!!! They are so tasty!!! When you have been brought up on home baked or home made food!!!! You have to try their cake donuts, they are the best!! I could go on and on about their friendly and courteous service!!!! Their meats are awesome!!!! Thank you Yandos!!!!!

Large selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. The best meat quality and price. Very pleasant shopping experience

I go there solely for their subs, so my review is based solely on that aspect of their business. For the same price as Subway or a deli, you get a much, much larger sub at Yando's. The foot-long bread is always fresh, and the deli meat is tasty and from good brands. Where I can easily down a foot-long sub from Subway, my Yando's sub is easily good for two meals! Good taste, quality ingredients, good value for the money, and a friendly staff!!!..why go elsewhere?

Literally will forever be a patron of Yandos...all the way back to grand union...staff has always been great and They literally have the best meat around!! It's usually the only place I can find my beef ribs!- I can't eat pork like most people can, and Yandos is always my failsafe...❤ Also, I met the most amazing man while I was in the meat department...but we weren't focused on the meat at all...⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I love Yandos, everyone is very friendly, they make it a point to know you and it has a "family" feeling! Very nice in a world that is fast paced and too busy to notice. I think Cindy runs a great store and exudes the " family" feeling to customers.

I absolutely love their store ,their meat is so much better than Walmart, I won't even eat Walmart meat anymore, not only is it greasy it's more expensive at Walmart yando's, it's convenient for me to shop at Yando'so even though I'm on a tight budget I still do all my grocery shopping there for the month. I can easily take a bus there Lines are fast and quick customer service, their prices are not bad very close to larger supermarkets, the five for $20 is a miracle sent from God, it has saved my month of grocery shopping so many times. would be lost without that store and there's never a crowd like it is at Walmart, not to mention you have all the other stores around you if you need anything else, it's the best place for me to go, very convenient I can't say enough good things about it. thank you for putting a grocery store back in that spot,

Just picked up sausage, peppers, and onions for lunch for $5.99. Different hot meals everyday. Can't beat the price. Huge subs also available

Ita alwaya good. Ita local owned and ive seen owner un store working right alobg side with employiees. This store has served the south end of plattsburgh very well for 15 yrs i can remembrr . Never a line cause if more tban 1 or 2 waiten someone jumps behind regrester.

The people who work here are awesome, they will order something for you if they don't have it. They will also search for what you want/need in their freezer and in a delivery. I love this store.

Yando is an outstanding place to shop for groceries. The staff is friendly and courteous. I recommend yando any day of the week. The prices are competitive, and their meats are out of this world
