Wandered for an hour and decided on my purchases. The store was a mess, but the store was quite busy with a pretty good sale. The cashier that checked me out, Tyler, was a very nice young man who knew his business. I observed him check out others and treated them all with respect and smiles.

I passed through this store twice around Thanksgiving this year because it was the first time I'd been in close proximity to a mall in over a year, I had holiday cash burning a hole in my pocket, and there were Deals™. The first time I stopped through was to get a winter coat, and when I got to the counter,,,, shenanigans ensued. The tall, dark-haired Landon rang me up, and when I say this guy knew the script, I mean he KNEW the script. This guy put the team on his back trying to upsell me on the J.C.Penney credit card. I was the only customer in line and we ended up bantering for quite some time about getting the credit card because he was so committed to both 1. Getting that sign-up, and 2. The Bit®.

I knew I had no intention whatsoever of getting the card, but I could scarcely turn away either. I was absolutely mesmerized by his ability to turn everything back around to the upsell. It was like watching a sleight-of-hand magician - Artful, confusing, and it had me on the edge of my seat the whole time. Landon was not only cordial and determined, but he had a hilariously dry sense of humor that had me in stitches, all-around fantastic salesman.

When I came back the second time around, the fervor had not died. Blond Landon even jumped in on the pitch this time. I was facing a dual-front upsell, and they had me on the ropes. Or so they thought. They couldn't account for one thing: Despite all of their well-spoken counterpoints, no amount of sales tactics will convince me to allow another hard inquiry of my credit right now because my student loan lender takes that as a sign to raise my interest rate 😂. For a nanosecond there tho,,,, almost sold me on it lol. Excellent work by your sales team for real!

I did a return . Very pleasant customer service. I didn't take the time to look around the store, from what I could observe the store was well stocked . All looked orderly, very clean.

Has such a variety of things. You can get everything for your home. Clothes for everyone in the family. They also have Jewlery and Beauty products and accessories such as watches, purses and ect..You name it they have it. They always have decent prices and awesome sales. It's your one stop shop for most items. Def would recommend this place.

I noticed the store wasn't as organized as it usually is. Also from what I could tell there was only one check out available in the men's department, the line was extremely long. I shopped in the women's department where there are no shopping cart at that entrance to the store so I had to carry everything and wait in line. They had special sales going on, you would think that they would have more people working at the registers if they're going to have sales.

Store is a busy store lot of merchandise. However I don't like the way clothes are arranged. Several long discount racks which look like a garage sale. Makeup area is huge for the store. I liked coupons the old way

I love shopping at JCPenney I like the clothes that they stock and there always seems to be a sale going on. Anytime I've had to deal with the sales clerks there all is quite helpful and knowledgeable. Storage well set up sectioned-off according to children adults they carry all types of purses and jewelry and even perfumes along with suits dresses jackets jeans t-shirts and so much more it's a great store.

The worker at the J.c. Penney Beauty section is excellent! She is always so friendly, helpful and is ready to answer questions!!

JC Penney is a store I have shopped at since I was a child and would come here with my mom. One of the only places I can always count on finding the Levi jeans that I like. I had a great experience with a customer service representative from the jewelry department recently. She went above and beyond to help me all of my questions, took her time and was thoughtful in her explanations, and was very pleasant (thank you Destinee!).

Love this store even more now that a SEPHORA is included....I love this store! And this shop is affiliated with JC PENNEY therefore is unlike the independent standing SEPHORA that I visited in SLC, Utah a couple of years ago (scary women all with short black hair and bright red lipstick wearing long white labcoats never taking their eyes off you...yikes) nope...this SEPHORA has nice people with same awesome product..and JC Penney has always been a go to store...great sales...and my 2 tweens can find clothes we can agree on.

Girlfriend loved it, make up section staff were extremely helpful and courteous to her.

I love going in this store and finding and trying on things I like. A lot better then online, end up returning stuff away too much

Had a visit to see Santa

One of my favorite places to shop. But lately not so much. I have a 7 month old granddaughter and there is not much selection

I love,shopping,here. I found just what I wanted in a variety of styles. Clothes I buy here fit great and are reasonably priced.
