Michael Johnson at Della Kia was absolutely amazing and I would recommend him to anyone who is interested in purchasing a car. He gave me everything I asked for and an impecable deal, he was patient and walked me through all the features of the new car and made sure I was absolutely comfortable with everything before I drove away. He addressed a couple residue spots on the car that was left by the foam blocks that were attached during transport but he took care of them promptly. I am greatly satisfied with the treatment I recieved at Della Kia and will continue to do business with them for future purchases.

We recently traded my leased 2022 Subaru Forester for a 2020 Subaru Ascent- Danny Wilcox was our salesman. Not only did Danny work magic to get our payment EXACTLY where we were comfortable with driving the new car off the lot that evening, but he was so personable and easy to talk to. Everyone at Della was happy and willing to help us, and ensure the process went smoothly. We were so excited to be Danny’s first sale also! He was super professional and made sure if their was anything he wasn’t positive about- he quickly found out answers and explained everything to us thoroughly! My husband and I also really appreciated how understanding the staff were when it came to us having our toddler with us. We truly didn’t expect to sign on a car the day we did, and our appointment ran into lunch/ nap time for our son. They worked hard to get us out for him to get him taken care of, and no one seemed to mind us letting him get his wiggles out when sitting still just wasn’t an option. Working with a family with a young child comes with its own struggles, but everyone was very professional and understanding of us doing what we needed to do to not only get things done to sign for the new car, but also keep our son happy.

Excellent buying experience with Michael and Marry! Ran into issues with rental service however I am quite content with how the situation was rectified and speed in which it was rectified. As a whole I can confidently say Della Kia cares about its customers and providing satisfactory service.

05/12/2023 - It all started when my mom told me she was looking at getting into something that was more practical for her. We live in Central Vermont on a steep hill and AWD is a must. The car she traded in was a 2013 Hyundai Elantra that served her well for 10 years but the downside was it only had FWD and it just wasn't working out for her anymore living on a steep hill. So I went on the hunt to search for the right car for her. I found her a 2022 Subaru Crosstrek Premium with only 3800 miles on it. I myself, have a 2023 Crosstrek Limited that I absolutely LOVE. Subaru's are not only reliable but have an outstanding AWD system. The car was perfect for her. I called the dealership the second I saw the car and asked for a sales rep and I got forwarded to Michael at Della Kia. I spoke to him on the phone and we was courteous and very polite and helped me anwser any questions. The car was available, I put a deposit on it and made an appointment to come on Monday. Monday 05/15/2023 - The big day, we drove 1.5 hours from central VT to Plattsburg NY, since I am writing the review on Tuesday, we got the car yesterday. When we arrived at the dealership we immediately saw the beautiful shiny silver Subaru out front and we were greeted by smiling faces the second we walked through the doors. My mom was concerned she would not be able to "afford" a car with her limited financial situation and she explained that to Michael. Michael went up and beyond to ensure she would get the right pricing, terms, and payments to make my mom feel as comfortable as possible. Michael and Mary literally worked there magic, they are outstanding in my opinion. They both made it possible for my mom to get into a brand new car, with a payment that was way under than what she was expected. I remember sitting in the waiting room talking with my mom and my husband who came along for moral support, I remember saying several times that this dealership really treats everyone with respect and dignity. Honestly, this dealership made EVERYTHING EASY, Michael is amazing, he knows what he is doing and he was very empathetic. Mary in finance also answered all of my mom's questions and she also went above and beyond as well. Everything we experienced through the whole buying process was positive and I just couldn't say enough good things about how amazing this place really is. I just want to personally thank Michael & Mary for making it possible for my mom to be in a reliable & safe car, this car will last her for many years. Purchase my new F-150 from Austin Durham, and the experience was nothing short of great. He had great patience dealing with me, went through 4-5 test drives to find the right one, which we finally did. Will be recommending Della & Austin!!

This was my first time buying a brand new vehicle off a lot. Mike was the gentleman who helped assist myself and my dad.
