My on line order was ready as soon as I gave my name. The people there are always so helpful. Much easier to shop there than the big box stores.

This is a great store. The staff is always helpful and polite. They go out of their to help you and if they don't have it, they always point you in the right direction to find what you need.

I am handicapped and the staff helped me at each stage of my purchase. A gentleman filled my propane tank and even loaded and unloaded it from my truck.
I am very appreciative of this service.

Quick and easy, online order. Received texts confirming order, order was ready for pick up, and then completed. Drove over, took about 30 seconds to get my order, and Tammy(store manager) offered to help carry boxes, and hold the door for me. Great team, with a great leader.

I have been continuously shopping at the Aubuchon Hardware store in Plattsburgh New York for over 20 years. The staff is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the products they carry. Always available to assist with online orders to ensure I have what I need. Never seems to amaze me how many products are also available in store as well.
The team of employees here is the best!

Tammy remembered the type of mulch I use and gave me a heads up that it was in! Now I'm a busy boy. The entire crew is extremely friendly - even supervisor Rocky - and their service and helpfulness is superb. Thanks Aubi !!

For 17 years I have been a shopper here. Every encounter has been positive. They know the answers to whatever product-related n question I ask. I go to them when I need able assistance with something I bought there. They are unfailingly friendly and helpful. Why go anywhere else?

If there is anything I can get at Aubuchon, I will always go here first. Every staff member I’ve ever encountered is abundantly friendly and knowledgeable. Whenever I’m looking around confused (as I’m not really a handy person), I’ve always had a staff member ask me if there is anything they can help with. They always help me find what I’m looking for. They truly seem like a family there. I’ve only ever had good experiences with them and that is why I will always check there first for things I need! Oh, how could I forget about Rocky, the store kitty? He always brightens my mood when I see him there as well.

Love going in here. Matt is an exceptional employee, always SUPER helpful and always helps me find the right Spray Paints that I need for my creativity needs! 😁 Especially my Resin Cups! I will always shop here because of the amazing service. I try to support local shop owners before big box stores like Lowes and I appreciate this place, so I'll continue. 💗
