Mc Kee's Island Pub & Pizza

McKees was such a cute place. Absolutely delicious. The server was friendly & knowledgeable. Considering it was a Friday night & packed, we were well taken care of. French Onion Soup was fantastic. The fish & chips were very tasty as well. Definitely would recommend!

Stopped for a pizza along the way. Loved it a lot. Friendly service and great food, very cool atmosphere too.

Loved it! Christine was a great bartender and server. A great local place to visit. Food is delicious and beer is cold. The menu has everything from pizza, burgers, salads, pasta, and more. Definitely going back to try more dishes. Make this a stop on your travels. We highly reccommend from @Destinationthisway

We stopped by here after leaving ILM going to Vermont. There was one bartender...I mean she was the bartender/hostess/food runner/busser and what a worker she was! Clearly understaffed but she did her best and kept the positive attitude.

We got some ice cold beer and a very tasty Pizza which is worth going back.

Management needs to figure this one out and not let it go downhill and/or show up to assist. 5 stars because your bartender was top notch and your pizza was wonderful. -5 stars for being so understaffed.

I have trouble finding places to accomdate my food allergies. This place had many gluten free options. Gluten free buns, glutenfree pizza gluten free pasta. And I am not talking about 1 of each. They have several choices. The salads are spectacular. The burger is fresh and juicy (not greasy) I have nothing bad to say. Staff friendly. Good beer selectio . OH and my dog was welcomed!! Highly recommend

Definitely better than it looks. Great service, good drinks and well portioned and great tasting food. Plus they make great Old Fashioneds!

We stopped here for a quick bite to eat, very impressive. My beer had ice on the outside of the bottle and that's just how I like it.... I don't think I've ever had a colder beer at any restaurant. Place was semi busy when we stopped, there was only one server on but she worked the room in a very efficient manner. Props to her for that!!

Decent size menu to choose from with a huge variety of wings, I went for Mild and my wife picked the weekly special called "Dust Pan" which consisted of a blend of all the dry rubs they have in the house. Both varieties we tried were outstanding.

I had the calzone and it was amazing! If you get waited on by Maddison, you're in good hands. I had the Old Fashioned which was a delicious twist on the classic and a beer which seemed to appear before my eyes. The atmosphere was fun and friendly. From the new guy in town, I highly recommend stopping in!

Stopped in for dinner after a day trip to New York. Ordered the appetizer Maple butter and bread sticks. We thought it would be maple butter you spread on a couple of bread sticks. We were wrong!! OMG, it was a baking dish very hot with melted butter, maple syrup, and pieces of bread sticks about a 1 1/2" long. They were great. I had the lasagna which is home made. It was great. My wife ordered a Stromboli and it is going to last her 3 meals 😋. Plus the waitress was very good. A great local restaurant.

The first time we stopped we got a couple of apps. They were both really good. We saw a pizza go by that looked amazing so decided right then we would be back to try it. Today was that day and we are so glad we did. It has a very thick crust, the sauce was so delicious, very cheesy and plenty of toppings. We loved it.

Very tasty lunch! I had the lobster ravioli special, and it was rich and delicious. There's a nice, relaxed feeling--a great place to unwind.

It's the best bar and restaurant north of the creek.

Tasty food, prompt and friendly service, cozy atmosphere, reasonable prices. Perfect stop for lunch or dinner. Thank you so much!

My husband and i went here for dinner with some friends who were feeling under the weather from a grilling mishap we had at lunchtime (long story!). Anyway one of my friends got sick after finishing her food and the staff at McKee's went above and beyond to make sure she was okay, even giving us ginger ale and Tums to take back to our campsite with us (it was late and everything nearby was closed). That alone was enough to warrant the 5 star review, but they make a damn good calzone here too 😉 wonderful place, will definitely be going back if we are ever in the area again.

This place has some amazing food for being a Pub the subs here are so delicious and well seasoned that i drove 45 minutes to visit this pub just for the delicious food

We are from NJ and are vacationing in Montpelier. We took a ride on the bike and found this place. Walked in around noon and saw that the place was packed; good sign! There was only one employee working in the front AND the bar but she handled it! Got a burger and pie and they were incredible! Great place!

The Greek burger was delicious. The fries were cooked perfectly. I can't wait to go back!
