The UPS Store

This is beyond a UPS store. They treat you like family.I have shipped many packages, utilized the notary service and made plenty of copies throughout the years. Each time my experience has been so positive and I actually look forward to coming into the store to take care of my business. The store is located on my daily walks with my dog and she loves going into the store to get a dog treat. We are treated with kindness and respect, whether we are there for business or to just say hello.
Laurie the owner and her entire staff are friendly, fun and competent . Laurie is a true professional, and a force to reckoned with. I am amazed at her work ethic , compassion, competence and genuine natural ability to multi task with a smile. It’s a great place and I am happy to have this business in our town

Laurie did an amazing job packaging and shipping across country overnight a piece of art that was we insured for $50K with FedEx. My client commented as to how the package was perfectly packed and the framed print was in perfect condition upon delivery. Very happy with Laurie - she was very attentive to detail and made sure the art got to the client without any issues. Would definitely use them again for this type of shipment! 5 plus stars!!!!

We had an excellent experience at this store. The store was incredibly busy but Laura and Chris calmly took care of everyone while also helping us print a homemade children's book (which involved special printing needs, and as it turns out, some troubleshooting). Even though they had to take care of other customers, they kept returning to us and made sure we were not left hanging. They were really committed to making sure we left with something we were satisfied with. We really appreciated their calmness and helpfulness and look forward to returning to this store.

The UPS location in Arlington, MA is beyond expectations. The owner Laurie welcomes everyone with a friendly hello and goes beyond to help you get things done, no matter what. Laurie works hard and you can tell she enjoys it. All her staff is also awesome

Amazing location. Incredibly convenient, the hours are great, computer and printer available if needed. Laurie (the owner) is THE ABSOLUTE BEST. She is always so helpful, and such a delight! Whenever I have an issue she helps me resolve it asap. The other staff members are equally as lovely! (And Chewie is the cutest!!) Highly recommend :)

Laurie, the owner, and her team exemplify excellent customer service. They are kind, positive, friendly, efficient and know their stuff. If you have a choice of UPS stores, choose this one - the staff make all the difference.

Laurie is such an incredibly friendly and efficient worker. There was a long line at the store and I was so impressed with how smoothly and quickly she kept things moving while maintaining such a wonderful uplifting personality.

I just came to the store to print off a label for a shipment. Despite it being a USPS label, the employee helped me with the package anyway and was incredibly kind and professional. I’ll definitely be returning to this UPS Store more often.

I cannot thank Laurie enough for all her help to send my international Christmas presents out! I wasn’t aware of how to make the cost more reasonable - she offered suggestions and literally helped me repackage my boxes. You do not experience customer service like this anymore! Look no where else for shipment service options!

This is a great UPS. Laurie, the owner, knows everything there is to know about shipping, faxing, notarizing, scanning...pretty much everything. The staff is very friendly and well trained. Everyone is all about doing a responsible job and satisfying the customer. Great business!
I stopped in again at my local UPS several months later and found another great woman working at the store. Carol is a wonderful addition to the Laurie's staff at the store. She is very efficient and also very knowledgeable. I am a senior citizen and have limited insight into pretty much everything they do at the store. Carol, who is my age, really impressed me with her knowledge of the business. She was a pleasure to have waiting on me.

Absolutely awesome service! I needed to ship out boxes ASAP as I move across the country. Laurie was fantastic and made sure I got all the best boxes and the right plan in mind. She came by to grab the boxes and the whole experience has been fantastic. They went above and beyond what they had to do and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Not to mention the fact that Laurie was juggling my requests while dealing with old pipes, loss of electricity and madness happening at the worst time. But no matter what got tossed her way, she handled everything beautifully and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Two thumbs up :)

I had to mail a fragile glass gift and the people at this store were so helpful. They packed and mailed it for me. My friend who received the gift said it arrived safely in good working order! Thank you for helping me this Christmas!

Great Place! Always a pleasant experience at Arlington UPS. Everyone is knowledgeable, very helpful, and more than willing to advise and assist. Arrive prior to or even at closing time, and Arlington UPS will stay open, beyond set closing time, to ensure your time-sensitive mailing is completed satisfactorily, fulfilling any and all reasonable expectations. Consequently, Arlington UPS works hard to afford its patrons peace of mind.

I recently visited this UPS store, new to Arlington, to send packages for my business, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. First I will say, this UPS store is by far the best I've ever worked with. Laurie and James were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They were patient and attentive, answering all of my questions and ensuring that my package was securely packaged and properly labeled. The store was clean and organized, making it easy to find everything I needed. I highly recommend this UPS store to anyone in need of reliable and efficient shipping services. The only UPS store I'll ever use again!

Laurie and James helped me out with a large shipment for a trade show. One large parcel got tied up in transit and they not only opened an incident with UPS for me, they persistently managed it over a week of conversations with the delivery warehouse to get the package released and delivered.

I just dropped off a package and saw a huge line and my heart dropped a bit but Laurie - the owner got us all in and out quickly - with a smile - pleasant demeanor and had us all smiling. In an out in under 10 minutes for 7 people!!!

This UPS is great. If you have a mailbox, they do notarizations for free. Laurie, the owner, is always very helpful.

Had an overwhelming number of big Amazon returns and was worried about the return process. Laurie and her team were fantastic! They welcomed me in, helped me pack the items, and put all my worries at ease! Honestly, next time I need a UPS I’ll be coming back, even if I have to pass other competitors on my way! 10/10 stars!
