The pharmacy did a fantastic job helping me get my medication. Laura, the Pharmacy Manager also recommended a great allergy medication that cleared up all my symptoms! Would definitely recommend going to this pharmacy.

All the people who work at Rite Aid treat me like family as I'm a long time customer. They go out of their way to fix problems. The store is neat and has a huge inventory of items.. My go to Drug store!

Clean store, friendly staff, very good pharmacy. Sometimes wait times on pharmacy is TOO long due to short staffing.

Very difficult to get communication about prescriptions and spending so much waiting time (both in person and on the phone). Worried about getting the meds I need. Please hire more people so we can actually get help!!!! The people who are there are wonderful.

Consistently confused inefficient employees work in pharmacy area. Expect a 15 min wait every time.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Super rude people! Did a photo order in store on the computer said order ready in 30 mins after 30 mins of waiting told another 30 mins because whoever was in charge of the photo station never checked the machine and they were busy with a truck and couldn’t help me now. Why did no one say anything to me while I was using the computer for 20 mins putting together my order or while I was waiting!!! When I asked the woman at the cash register if it really was going to take 30 mins she rudely says I don’t know I don’t work over there. Well here’s an idea call someone who does!! Will not be back !! I can’t believe the lack of customer service and the rudeness I encountered.

Switching to this pharmacy was a terrible mistake. They never have anything in stock and your stuck waiting for weeks (no, not talking about back orders, talking about Walgreens incompetence). Disgusting. I know it’s a terrible job, but have some pride or change your awful life?

The old lady just couldn’t stop talking and finish her job promptly, as if she was catching up with friends while wasting dozens of people’s time. Waiting time is almost an hour for a scheduled vaccination appointment. Pay more to get some responsible people!

The pharmacy’s processing speed is super slow! I had an appointment for a flu shot, however, they regardless your appointment! Waited there for 50 minutes!!! What’s the point of the appointment!!! Ridiculous! Never come back again!!

This Walgreens never has my RX on time . Waiting on hold to confirm your RX is like the waiting period. The pharmacy customer service 🙄is terrible . I have had enough of there wait time . CVS here I come !!

Booked for a covid vaccine. Had a confirmation. Then showed up and told no one could administer. Was told they "left a voicemail". Waste of time.
