I came with my husband who needed to buy 2 new phones for his business. At first we thought the process was going to be difficult but Justin Sochin and his team and helped us and the customer service was amazing. Everyone is very professional and we could not be happier

Went to the Verizon store to upgrade my 2015 phone. Orlando went above and beyond helping me choose the phone I wanted (iphone 15 pro) and answer questions without giving feeling overbearing. He was easy to work with, personable, and understanding. Buying a phone couldn’t have been easier. While I was unsure entering I left confident and I currently love my new phone.

Want to give a big thanks to Orlando for going above and beyond today. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. While experiencing somewhat unconventional issues with my phone, Orlando was able to resolve them. I would absolutely recommend him and his team at Norwood Verizon. Thank you Orlando!

The sales rep Orlando at Verizon in Norwood is the best. He is one of the nicest people I ever met.. He is polite, courteous and educated when it comes to helping me out with any issues or upgrades with my phone. I highly recommend him!!!!!

Orlando Reyes helped me get the complete transfer happen from At&T to Verizon. He was patient yet firm with Verizon’s Port Department. Instead of just sending me on my way to do on my own, he called the Port Department and helped me through the process. He was also helpful when purchasing new product; putting on the clear front and new case. I thank Orlando very much for going above and beyond. I walked out of Verizon a happy customer. I would like to thank Domingo, Polanco and Orlando Reyes in the Norwood, Massachusetts store for their exceptional help in restoring my long time phone number which was lost by Verizon when I switched from another carrier their motto is, we will work with you no matter how long it takes until we resolve your problem They spent over 20 hours over the course of a week resolving my issue. They were sharp, creative and good natured. Before coming to this location. I visited three other area Verizon stores. One store was helpful but the other two were not. This is the only store to go to for knowledgeable, friendly

Orlando was wonderful ! Went in to get my son a new phone for the holidays as his existing iPhone 11 had seen better days . Orlando was busy but explained everything to me taking his time so I could understand all the possibilities and how it will affect my monthly fees. Very professional and educated with all the options. Thank you Orlando for making my Monday end on such a great note !! Btw my son loving his iPhone 15:)

Had the best service with the Verizon team here! They patiently assisted several guests who had forgotten passwords etc. They transitioned us from another provider seamlessly and answered our numerous and sometimes confusing questions!

Stopped into the Verizon store in Dedham and had an absolutely horrible experience. I left and went this store and had a phenomenal experience. Orlando / Domingo / Xavier took care of me! The store was absolutely packed, and these guys stayed late to help every single customer that came in. These guys were flying around helping out every customer! Will definitely be coming here for any help I need!
