She went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful in assisting us with picking out the appropriate appliances, and helping us set up an account. She made the whole process easy and enjoyable.

I went to HD a few days ago to pickup mulch and some perennials. The selection was wonderful and I'm certainly thankful for the mulch sale! I'm primarily writing this review because of the wonderful customer service experience I had in the Garden dept. Eliza was incredibly patient (I had forgotten my license and card, etc.) and helped me with a smile on her face despite having a line behind me. She entertained my 3 year old with songs and just had a contagious positive energy about her. It's wonderful to see people who take pride in their work and have a good time doing it.
Also, Joe in Tool Rental is a rock star!

Could not be happier working with the Tool Rental Center as they were helpful patient and more than fair when a part was missing from nozzle of power washer. Like to acknowledge Sway and Edward in particular. When one gets old time service it is so appreciated.

I don't know the species of these flowers but they're so beautiful. Had to buy them. ❤❣

Home Depot continues to be the go-to destination for all things home improvement. Was looking for some hardware to fix a shelf, and one of the staff walked down the aisle to help another shopper. After the other shopper got his answer the staff member asked if I needed help. I told him what was wrong with the shelf. He asked a few pertinent questions, and showed me 2 items that could help solve the problem. "One is more expensive than the other because of the length, but for what you need, the shorter will work just fine." Didn't try to upsell or suggest any add ons. I did go for the longer one but did ask questions to find out if I had all the tools I needed to complete the project and left it at that.

I was in this Home Depot most recently. I have to tell you and complement this store for the way they assist customers to the EXTREME in a very positive manner. I was in the store and the two customer service reps (Jairo and Luke) helped me. They were incredible and you could tell as they did not stop helping me until they could not go any further. They then called their Store Manager Peter down to further resolve my issue. I have to tell you that I am a retired senior technical specialist in the electronics field. I have always believed that first impressions
should positively display diligence, training, courteousness and efficiencies if the employees are properly trained.
Kudos to Peter the Manager and his two assistants Jairo and Luke. Peter resolved my issue with ease and his crew just could not do enough for me being a senior citizen in need of immediate help which they respected and acquired the attention of Peter
to give me a resolve for my problem. Job well done Home Depot Norwood from your management and inclusive of your team members. Thank You for having these quite capable people at your location to help your customers complete their current projects.

5 stars goes to Michelle the assistant store manager. I had the pleasure of working with her . The process needed additonal steps but she was AMAZING with getting it done. Her customer service skills are top notch. She could be running multiple stores with her motivation and customer service

I was having difficulty placing an online order to be delivered to a different store. Mariella (younger and more tech savy) took the time to help me make sure that I got what I wanted and where I wanted it. When she wasn't sure, she asked a colleague. I appreciate her taking the time, not rushing and making me feel valued!

This location has a larger selection than others in my experience. It does get rather busy on the weekends so I find it is best to go early on those days or go on a weekday instead.

As we start a new business venture and were in the market for a new sink. They showed they had them in stock and the asle and bay was correct. Bonus was the sink was on sale which helped because we're on a limited budget. When time is money and you can go into a store and the product is where they say it is makes it fast and painless. Add the fact there's a rebate... money! 💰

Everyone kept asking if I needed help (and helped) whenever I walked around like a headless chicken. Had what I was looking for, although sometimes in very limited quantities. Good selection of resedential mowers and trimmers. Some good commercial equipment too. Go-to for repairs and replacements.

I love the store but I can tend to be a little annoying because I am that girl that wants to ask a million questions so I can get projects going. I feel like everybody is very nice for the most part. I encountered a very grumpy and rude the sales associate. I didn't get her name but she was an older lady that is somewhere in the middle of the store I guess by the tiles. I think. But I do want to comment on the help I had with the people I were overwhelming with questions and that helps beside me out. Ray and tyrone. I got their names because I was grateful for not only their amazing professionalism and respectfulness but also their knowledge of the store and that they were open for suggestions when I asked. Lastly, I left my phone there upon leaving and thanks to them I was able to retrieve it the following day because they returned it to the customer service desk. Thank you for being such honest and people and also for putting up with my inquisitive harassment for lack of better words LOL you guys deserve raises I'm sorry your boss is amazing as well because you guys are the face before the place and set a very good example.

This is an adult toy store to me. Recent project was replacing wall to wall with pergo, was able to save $400 buying a pallet. Also for $19 was able to rent a truck to get it home. The whole online shopping experience was great, they had an app that let us take a picture of our floor then overlay flooring types to see how it looked. It arrived before they originally predicted it, which turned out to be really important timing a bed delivery. Then picking it up a really helpful service rep tracked it down and had it delivered to the truck rental. A great shopping experience all around!😷

Hidden gem . Greeted customers with a smile and sanitizer wipes. They had more than I expected with reasonable prices ,lamps, appliances, plants ,area rugs ,carpet, tiles,. Paints ,spray paint. They even had working men there shopping 💪😍
. It was just a little dusty.
