Stephanie and Sammy were both extremely helpful and kind today! It was by far the best experience I’ve had at a T-Mobile store. They put their full attention on each person and really do their best to get everyone the best deals. I appreciate the help!

I had the most wonderful experience with Stephanie & Sammy! They helped me find the best plan for my usage & even helped me with purchasing an Apple Watch. I’m so ecstatic that I stopped by. I used to have AT&T and I HATED IT. This was just a major step up for me. I can’t wait to continue to work with these two ladies for all my future purchases. Might see a phone upgrade in my near future!

We had Amaya help us today and she was absolutely amazing! She not only took care of our immediate need, of adding my fiance to my plan, but she saw I was due for an upgrade and with the current promo it was perfect timing. As we were waiting for everything to transfer we were all just talking about our daily life. She realized my fiancée’s need for an Apple Watch and let us know about an incredible promo. We were also talking about our puppies, she then let us know about these tracking tags. We had been discussing added tracking tags for our babies to life 360 but are now considering T-Mobile instead. Love this company and Mukilteo T-Mobile store are amazing! Thank you!

I went here after looking at several T-Mobile store reviews as my sim card was not working correctly. David was working solo was assisting other customers but was able to give greetings to the store and would be with me. He assisted everyone with professionalism, even when the questions were really dumb.

Can't say anything about the reviews of other stores, but there is probably a good reason this store is about a star higher.

Better late than never to give a well-deserved 5 star rating to the T-Mobile crew at the Mukilteo store where I dropped in last month to deal with my damaged phone. The customer service was excellent, and a huge shout-out of thanks to Stephanie the store manager and the young clean-cut gentleman with glasses that helped me - both were extremely knowledgeable and patient with me!

Great customer service. David & Sammy were awesome and helped me order a new phone for my mother (iPhone 15 plus) who hasn’t gotten a new phone since the iPhone 6. Also helped me get set up with T-Mobile 5g internet. Thank you so much!

The manager Stephanie and the entire team are superstars! They were able to jump through hoops and help my relatives who came from overseas to get their cell phone and internet service set up, they spend nearly an hour with us due to some complicated process and technical difficulties, but they remained professional and really went above and beyond. 10/10 would recommend!

Stephanie and her staff are amazing. They helped me today with a complex problem and stayed with it until it was solved. I am impressed with the professional service as well as the friendliness.

This T-Mobile location really does go above and beyond. The staff are knowledgeable about all of their products, plans, promos etc. I went into this store with a somewhat complicated issue, and the staff took over. They did all the work to make everything right, even though they were clocked out and could go home. I couldn't be happier with the service I received here, and the product I came in for was available and works great. Highly recommend!

I was here yesterday and I kinda worked with all the employees a little bit trying to get my plan set up and this is by far the best T-Mobile I’ve been to. They were very nice and super helpful. All and all I feel like I got all the help I needed and if I ever had to go back with any questions or concerns I would have no problem going back to them.

Recently switched over from Verizon and the girls at this location were awesome. The transition was practically seamless and they were great at being flexible with my hectic work schedule.
I’ve been a long time Verizon customer and I feel great finally being with T-Mobile! I’ve had much better data connection than what i was experiencing with Verizon. T-Mobile’s customer service is also much more personal in my opinion. Keep it up!

I was afraid to go to the phone store anymore and my daughter and I went to FINALLY get rid of Sprint forever and had AMAZING service from Ibu and Stephanie. My fear of the phone store has been lifted!

Was another carriers customer for over a decade. However, when I first stepped into the T-Mobile store to see about switching, I knew I found a better fit. Love the customer service, the price, the extra benefits, and the employees. I couldn’t be happier. The Mukilteo store is so lucky to have Ivan as their manager. He is top notch, no pressure, and always ready to help. T-Mobile - I am a fan!!!

Extremely helpful for a complicated problem. Everything worked as stated. The person who helped me was courteous and friendly. Dave exercised patience with my questions. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Great experience here! Watched another customer in the store be obscene and rude with a sales rep there, the manager and rep were kind and curious and still went out of their way to try and help him. When my time came, my needs were taken care of fast and efficiently, and again, the young ladies helping me were extremely friendly and professional!

So this T-Mobile was much much better than the last one I was at. The two young gentlemen that helped me with a phone for my daughter on her birthday were very nice and helpful I remember the one young man's name was Jesse he said it was his birthday to but at first we didn't believe him 😂 him and the other young man did an excellent job I will be back to this T-Mobile for sure Thank you 😊

This place is hands down the best t-mobile in the area. I have been there twice now and they have been so very helpful and kind. I have been waited on by Jaron and Ivan I believe and they both have been stellar. Even if it takes you a few minutes more to get to this store than the ones closer to you it is well worth it.

We had an amazing experience with this store. Amazing customer service from Ivan! He made getting my son's first phone super painless and a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend anyone to come to this store to do business.
