I recently used the drive up and go service at Safeway and I must say, I was extremely impressed with the convenience and efficiency of the service. The whole process was easy, quick, and seamless from start to finish.

The online ordering system was very user-friendly and allowed me to easily browse through the products I needed and add them to my cart. The system also provided me with helpful suggestions and alternatives for products that were out of stock. Once I placed my order, I received a confirmation email and was able to schedule a pick-up time that was convenient for me.

When I arrived at the store, the designated parking spots for the drive up and go service were clearly marked, making it easy to locate. I followed the instructions on the signage and called the phone number provided to let the store know that I had arrived. Within minutes, a friendly staff member came out to my car with my order and loaded it into the trunk for me.

I was impressed with how well the staff member was able to pick out the exact items I had ordered, and everything was fresh and in good condition. Kayla was also very courteous and professional, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that I was satisfied with my order.

Overall, I would highly recommend the drive up and go service at Safeway to anyone looking for a convenient and hassle-free way to shop for groceries. The service is easy to use, the staff are friendly and efficient, and the quality of the products is excellent. I will definitely be using this service again in the future.

I’ve been a customer at this Safeway for a little over 2 years now, since moving to the area and I always have a great experience. However I wanted to specifically call out one of their employees, Patrick (unsure of last name). I’ve seen him often as he seemingly brings carts from the parking lot and into the store as a main job duty, and I am just so impressed with him. He always has an amazing attitude. This week I came to the store and it was mid afternoon, hot as heck, and he is out there working so hard, as always. He always has a smile on his face when customers are maneuvering around him in the parking lot and he is so polite and courteous to always put the customer grabbing a cart first. This man works incredibly hard, even out in that hot parking lot with endless carts and I wanted to make sure management knows it. He is always a positive to my day when I see him! I hope he is treated well and rewarded by management for all of his continuous hard work and efforts.

Awesome grocery store. So much stuff. Like all the foods. Didn't have to hunt for anything.
They are having trouble keeping the lucerne salted carmel coffee creamer stocked

Love order and drive up.
Some days, you don't feel like going anywhere. Or, if sick and need groceries, delivery works too.
Safeway carries everything I need for the meals we cook.
Also, the Safeway app offers meal plans.
You can just click the things listed on the menu ( add) to your bag, pay, and pick up at the designated time of your choice.
Easy.

Originally this was not my preferred location. I used to enjoy the neighboring Safeway. However as time has gone on, the thieves and vagrants have pushed me to here, now making this my preferred location.

Update, not quite sure what's going on with the supply chain but the meat dept is thinned out.

Always five stars. Safeway has what I need. I am willing to walk past the blatant and public drug deals, to go shopping. If that don't say five stars....I do not know what does. Great place.

This location didn't have any carts so I had to use a hand basket but the you scan made it easy to get in and out. This store is larger than the qfc down the road ans usually has thr items they don't carry. I'm thankful for that

The bakery department is excellent. Have gotten several custom cakes made here and the decorating is superb. The cake is always fresh, delicious and not overly sweet. Been to several bakeries and this one is top notch. Everyone goes the extra mile and is very friendly. Have had the same experience catering events from the deli department for large parties. Highly recommend!

I just moved to Mukilteo and this was the closest Safeway. I really liked it. Unpopular opinion: it was nice to see others people not wearing face masks. Store treated all customers equal and fair regardless of masks or no masks. That’s the stores job! To treat all customers respect. I felt like it was a normal, non political environment. Was so refreshing.

Have to give props to the pharmacy here! My parents were leaving on a trip to Mexico and my dad still hadn't gotten his mail order prescription before his trip. The pharmacy was great - they supplied him with a bridge prescription at the very last minute 1 hour before he had to leave for the airport! The pharmacist was wonderful to work with. We appreciate them going out of their way!

I was just in today and I am so impressed with the staffing, great hussle and welcoming service. Especially Jason at the self checkout. He was incredible with his multitasking. It was extremely busy and he made it run smooth and handled some many people at once. 5 stars goes to Jason

Lots of free parking, a great selection, and good people. Produce is always fresh. Checkout is fast too.

The remodel is great. This store has always had the very best employees. The only negative is how the restrooms are running . Since there's only two, someone can plant themselves in one and stay forever. The employees cannot get out the person out person store policy. My suggestion, make each side multiple stalls so no one takes up the whole bathroom. Thank you.

Always shop at this Albertsons because their fried chicken is delicious! cook with perfection! They are in renovation so a lot of new and improved lighting and spaces. I like their new Starbucks setup. It looks more like a standalone Starbucks but inside a grocery shop. It has more seating now to enjoy a cup of coffee there.

My husband and I took advantage of the hours set aside for the elderly at this store this morning. There were very few people there. Staff indicated that they had set aside some items to make sure that what people were looking for was available. We really appreciated the effort that Safeway made to create a safe environment for more vulnerable people and wanted to thank them for going to the trouble to do it. This store has had items available that I have not been able to find at other stores and continues to be one of my favorites.

The online coupons are really great money saver not only for food but gas savings are my favorite 🤑

Very newly renovated and looks amazing. Great customer service with the way the world has been sometimes the shelves don't have what I need but the employees are very happy to help me find things if it's in the back or somewhere else in the store great customer service

The staff is always very helpful and nice. If ever in the area and need to stop for groceries make sure you stop here. They will take care of you. Jacky Adriana and Cody are awesome! Keep up the great work everyone

I LOVE my pharmacy, my pharmacy 🤗. Not only is the staff great, but they take time to explain things. The pharmacist, BEN is very knowledgeable, but he is will go that extra step to make sure my family & I get the correct medication. And the staff as well; however I speak of him because Ben is patient, kind and makes me feel like he literally provides me with excellent service, but he remembers me & they have many ppl they service,he literally takes time to "follow up" on how I am doing, will ask how I am feeling, how's my day and I point this out because I've been to other pharmacies and Never recieved this type of service. He is a young hard working person. And he has a GREAT team. Now the team. They actually are just as Amazing as him. They are attentive, patient, polite and in the past they've taken Time,very rare to find,to help me get the best deal. I have a pharmacy closer where I reside; however NOT IN A MILLION YEARS will I go elsewhere. I hope you get to see this Ben and staff because I really appreciate EVERYTHING YOU ALL DO. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HARD WORK. GOD BLESS
