I have been with this pharmacy for about 3 months and I have never had a more smooth process. Efficient and friendly

No complaints and the staff is very nice. Just a heads up, you can't get passport photos done here currently. They have no screen

Went in with my coupon and bought something which I paid almost nothing for it.

Don't even go in if you don't have a CVS card! Lol

Large store, lots of room between aisles. Easy to move around in a wheelchair. Pleasant staff.

Handled a covid Moderna booster shot precisely on schedule.

It is been 10 years, this is the worst Cvs staff I ever deal with

There should be an option for 0 stars. My new insurance needed to pre-approve (PA) an Rx that I've had filled for 4 yrs. Old Insurance was BCBS and so was "new" insurance. Just a slightly different plan name. I asked them to contact the MD and Blue Cross to arrange the PA. Their response is "Why would we do that?" to which I responded "Because you collect a co-pay from me and a claim payment from BCBS. Earn some of that money." After I called my MD and asked them to get PA from Blue Cross, they did just that and sent a refill request to this CVS and they sat on that for 2+ weeks until I called. The tw@t that answered my call told me that just because they receive another refill did not mean that insurance had pre-approved it. I asked her why nobody at CVS bothered to try to re-run the Rx that had been sitting on my profile to 2+ weeks and the tw@t hung up on me. Now I used to work at CVS and train their Rx reps so I know that they can easily re-run a declined refill and that they SHOULD re-run it each and every time the MD sends a new refill, because the assumption is that something has changed between the last 2 requests. It's taught on day 1 and repeated every day of training. Going in 3 hours to pick up my Rx and thank the lovely tw@t who hung up on me. Hope they sell toilet paper there.

Got a call back from the pharmacy and they were speaking as though I was an inconvenience. Worst pharmacy I have ever been to.

CVS staff was lovely. The pharmacist though is by far one of the rudest people I have ever had to interact with. All I did was act surprised that The prescription wasn’t filled and then she completely snapped on me for no reason. Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. The other two women working with her seemed absolutely miserable as she berated them with her rudeness and indecency. The date is 12/1/22 and my interaction with her was at 8:15 am. So I can’t even say that she has spent the day or week being bothered by customers. I want to write what I really think she was being but because this is a public platform I’ll just say it not a nice word at all. CVS you should be somewhat embarrassed to have someone like this on your team. Again rude not just rude customers but also to her staff in front of her customers. A Absolute Disgusting human being.

Customer service is awful.Hire someone to answer the phone if you are too busy. Since that was the excuse

I have never had a good experience at this cvs. Staff is never happy. When I call the attitude is always rude and arrogant. I feel as tho I'm waisting their time. I'm also on a controlled medication and when I call concerning that I feel as tho I'm being judged. If i have a problem I'm never offered any sort of help. No advice of any kind. This last visit while I was waiting all I heard was the staff complaining about prescriptions they were filling. There was problems with them. The person didn't need it. It wasn't covered by insurance. The list goes on and on. The one good thing I can say Is that no personal information was said during this rant. Also the person behind the register completely forgot me. I spoke with her and had to wait. I sat right in front of the window waiting. Finally went back to check because my name wasn't called when my script was ready. When I did the person had completely forgotten me from 20 minutes earlier. It was crazy.

If I could go elsewhere I would. Unfortunately my insurance requires me to use cvs and only cvs. I could go on for days. I'm finally writing this review and so everyone knows I'm terrified I will be repercussions from the pharmacists once this goes public. But I can't sit silent any longer.

Horrible staff, unfriendly and very forgetful. From my personal experience I had gone to pick up my mother's medication (She is ill) and I had one of my own to fill so decided to fill it while getting hers to save time. I went in, they seemed very slow paced. Long story short they ended up putting her scripts in my name(heavy narcotics and mine in her name. This could have been a HUGE lawsuit. They are lucky they weren't dealing with someone in need of $$$.

I was waiting to speak with a pharmacist for nearly 10 minutes and they hang up on me… after a second attempt, was completely perplexed with the way that I was treated. The pharmacist was rude and arrogant. I am transferring to another pharmacy so I can’t never deal with this pharmacy again.

The pharmacy needs to screen the individuals who work as techs, there is a pharmacy technician with the worst attitude I have ever encountered going to any pharmacy. Not everyone should work with the public...

Worst service you can get at a pharmacy. You guys are ahead of DMV customer service. Congratulations!!! Do better CVS.

I spent 20 mins picking out of items and was only told that the store cannot sell anything because none of the register was open! Why are you still open if your registers are not?
