Alex is so amazing. He’s a great manager and he handled some local delinquents professionally when they disturbed the peace the night we decided to stop in. My guy deserves a raise for what he has to go through daily. Sorry to the workers at the Parkridge Oberweis for what you guys have to endure on a daily basis.

When I’ve been in this neighborhood, I have noticed crowds of kids roaming around this ice cream cafe. Even though I’m not a big fan of ice cream I’ve decided to try it. I wasn’t disappointed. Ice Cream very fresh and have strong milk flavor - it is delicious and not too sweet. And smoozy was with plenty of fruit- not crashed ice with syrup.

Delicious, REAL ice cream. Fun varieties! Nice staff. Need a key for bathroom, but they were not dirty.

Amazing place we found while driving around- very good ice cream and cute shop with some chess boards inside! Recommend to anyone who wants some different ice cream and big portions as well.

Ice cream is always fresh but it does take 10 minutes sometimes to get your order.

It was my 1st time and it won't be the last. Wow what a great experience. There were 3 young men who helped us with our questions and waited on us. They were so helpful, friendly professional and so sweet to me and my friend. I had the molten lava sundae, recommended and oh my goodness it was the best thing I've eaten in a long time, my friend had the hot fudge sundae , also yummy. Go enjoy a delicious sweet treat and great service.

Best ice cream around, hands down. Unique limited time flavors such as root beer float milk or apple crisp ice cream.

Had a strawberry banana split was delicious 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋. The service was great it was not crowded glad to have gotten a table. Will definitely be back to get a banana split.

The gentleman with all the tattoos could not have been any nicer, great guy.

I go here every once and a while and the ice cream and shakes are pretty good. Though I'm more thankful for certain guy today who was very nice who I talked to. I unfortunately didn't get his name but he wore glasses and had black hair and wore a gray shirt. He was a real one and had great customer service. Keep up the good work.

They do an affogato now, and it's delicious. Overall, this ice cream is best in terms of taste to value. Especially if you buy the 4 cartons. They do a great job of the different flavors. I just need to control myself from not eating ice cream too often.

Great Oberweis! Store is clean, staff is very polite and well stocked. Parking is good especially for the area. Getting there can be a bit of a pain but worth it!

I went to oberweis today and saw my good friend Jake G and I started to choke and then Jake jumps over the counter and gives me the heimlich he saved my life and was a very kind and generous worker.

This place sure is a five star I just love it so much I got a chocolate ice cream with a waffle cone. The ice cream taste like heaven.
I think anybody that reads this review should come to this place and eat some delicious ice cream

what can i say, other than this place is great. the ice cream is good! it’s always nice and chill inside and you will usually find some people just hanging around and laughing, having fun! i recommend lemon raspberry. delicious! 😋

Love love love the location, fast service, and atmosphere. Ice cream is only one that doesn't upset my stomach.

Alex the manager is very kind and generous. The service is top notch and they support local youth baseball programs.

Ice cream is alway great! My first really bad customer service experience at any Oberweis! Had some family from out of state. By the time we ordered and had orderd about 8 items, it was 10 Pm and as soon as we sat down, waiting for the order, manager told us they would be closing shortly and can't eat-in, understood. But there were other families sitting at the other end of room waiting for the order. Then our name was called even though not all items were ready and we were told "you have to wait here for your order"!!! We waited few more minutes and went out side. The other families were allowed to sit in and finish, they were there 20 min after we walked out! I understand being busy at closing time may be difficult but expected better service from Oberweis.
Every one of my friends family from out of town or out of state, I have brought them to Oberweis, can't rav enough about the quality and flavors of ice cream but this experience sets me back. Hope you improve customer service and do not discriminate against anyone looking different.
