I must say: with a couple of new faces, the customer service at this particular Aldi is outstanding.
I had the pleasure of being assisted by Renee and Tyler. Having a bit of a problem with the quality of fish I'd bought a couple of weeks ago at this store I mentioned it to the cashier, young gentleman. He immediately let the manager know and Renee went above and beyond with addressing the issue. I couldn't be more grateful!
Tyler's ( the cashier) approach was incredibly empathetic, especially I didn't expect any reaction, I just mentioned the issue to him.
I would love to thank both of the employees from the bottom of my heart. This level of professionalism is very rare these days!

Cleaner than most ALDIs I find and super nice staff.

Hard not to like Aldi. Didn't think I would like it at all. They have a more than decent selection of stuff. It will not quite replace Jewel for everything. Meat, for instance. But the fruits and the veggies are good and the selection of cheeses is excellent with food pricing. Different locations offer different things. Good thing there's one on every corner.

Getting pricey. I remember when I was young my parents filled two shopping carts with food for under $100, now I spend an easy $120 abs only get a half of cast filled

They have the best specialty items don’t sleep on Aldi the brand has changed it’s no longer considered off brand or poor people food store.

Best place to shop in Harwood heights, also much bigger Aldi than the rest. Offers so many options like Vegan, non GMO, Organic items you name it.

Not crowded at 9:00 good time to shop, the shelves are stocked and the staff was pleasant.

It's amazing how much Aldi has improved last few years especially with fresh produce.

I was happy this aldis was stocked with items that were on sale as well as other shelves items.

Love shopping here I save alot and there having more and more name brand items.

I love Aldi!! I always find something great in the Aldi finds aisle. It’s my go to grocery store for all my staples. They’re great for cereal and paper towels and tp. The wine selection is outstanding for a inexpensive store. All in all, I’m at Aldi a couple times a week

I had an incident at this Aldis. I became sick and the cashier, young Hispanic man who got a chair for me and later got me a coke! and a woman of color who went to grab an OJ and a cup for me to drink! They were the most attentive employees I've dealt with! My gratitude goes beyond a thank you!! I wish I had taken their names but my eyesight was very blurry. My sincere gratitude for these two wonderful people!

Aldi is always great!!! I love the variety of different foods as well as the fresh produce not to mention saving money. Its definitely my go to store!!!

My neighborhood grocery store and first choice to run and grab something in a bind. Always clean, bright, and well stocked. Staff has always been helpful and seem to work to make sure there's never long waits no matter how busy they are. Try here instead of Mariano's, you'll be pleasantly surprised.

I love self check-out service so convenient.

Decent selection of food, produce is a little bit limited but not bad! I like the size and cleanliness of the store. The cashier worked very quickly and the pricing is always great. No complaints.

As everyone knows Aldi has the best prices around.,and the Harwood Heights location has one 1 physical checer and 10 self checkers..5 self are card readers and 5 are cash.,i just came from there and that is what i saw~May 8th 2023

I love the Aldi Supermarket in Norwich. It is always easy to get in and out of the store. There is plenty of parking. The store is very well organized and they have plenty of items in stock on the shelves. Even though it cost $0.25 to get a shopping cart it is totally worth it because the prices at Aldi are really fantastic. I give the Aldi store in Norridge five stars.
