David at the painting department was amazing! He helped me pick out a primer and a white color for my ceiling. He even gave me a tutorial on how to paint being that I have never painted anything in my life. He was super helpful and nice. I would highly recommend going to him for all your painting needs. Such a wholesome and caring man. He really knows his stuff! Thanks David!

Needed to get a new lock cylinder for my daughters co-op (appt/condo). Had bought a pair about a year ago keyed alike and hoped that they would have one with the same key and they did! Made my life easier and cheaper since I only needed one lock instead of 2! Exchanged my LP tank while I was there using their new self service vending machines. It was running a little slow due to the middle one not working right, just making whirling sounds...

Amazing work experience. I really love how they help me out all the way to the end. I rented out the flatbed pick up truck. and Jena helped me out a lot. She went all the way above and beyond to make sure we were able to get the truck but also a pallet of concrete on the truck so much effort. I really appreciate this work I very much so love this Home Depot and I highly recommend it

Great store but one major detail missing like the Chicago stores. Bike racks for customer bike parking. Please add a bike rack to your store. Thank you!

Great place for getting keys cut for their selection of novelty blanks. Everything else is pretty standard for any Home Depot.

I'm a pro contractor, they treat me like a king,,,, can't beat their prices anywhere!!

I was happy with the store and with my purchases. Staff members were helpful. I wished they carried the filters for the humidifier they sold me a couple of years ago, but I managed to get my neighborhood hardware store to special order them for me. These big box home stores can be overwhelming for a non-pro, and this particular place was good at helping me find the things they did have.

This is the superior Home Depot in Niles vs the other one (there are two in Niles)

Mike in kitchen design is so kind and patient. He was friendly and easy to work with. Super responsive and thorough. I Highly suggest using him to help with all your cabinet and countertop needs. He provided exceptional customer service, he was great!

Gaby was excellent and resolve the price difference on a husky tool set really quick.And Diane was a very nice and helpful cashier love this Home Depot.

Looking for a light for our backyard and not knowing exactly what to get we found Jerod in lightning. What a wonderful, polite and helpful employee. He helped us pick out the right light and then helped us find the right bulbs.Explained the return policy and how to get help on the web site if we needed. I hope if I need additional help I can find him.Great employee.

I didn't have a 5/8 angle stop to 1/4 for refresher water line. Went to menards Nothing, Crawford supply nothing. Came here and the old man in plumbing department helped me out a lot.

This place is my second home. I usually don’t write reviews, but I had to write a review this time because I was having issues with one of my customers online order and wow! the customer service at this location is amazing. The staff is what Makes Home Depot to keep contractors coming back. Wendy and Lisa in customer service are amazing, they went above and beyond, stepped in and got my clients online order issue resolved to accommodate my clients needs. Let me just say there is a lady named Shah in the blinds department is amazing. I’ve been to many locations and no one has ever helped me the way she has. She advised on many things and went above and beyond to help me from choosing the right type of blinds to helping me at checkout due to my back issue. She is a gem. Such a kind and sweet lady. Thank you so much Shah.

They're cheaper than Grainger for air tool parts, that's all I know.
