Although this store is smaller in size the way the employees make you feel is worth it. I feel right at home when I'm talking to the cashiers and all department managers. They always seem to be nice and goofy with each other. I love going to their seasonal section. My grandmother says Mr.Linden is always so helpful and sweet to her. 100/10 recommend

Considering it was a Sunday night everything seem to be well stocked. The fruit vegetable section didn’t look like it had been rummage through for the weekend.

The store has every department from the pharmacy to the liquor section to of course a deli and butcher section.

The deli section lady was very nice and was the only person I really dealt with at the store.

Large parking lot and get centralized location!

Love this jewel. Every single person that works there is helpful and friendly. The meat section is great. Sometimes they even do sales on ½ pound burger Patty's for a buck each. All the cashiers are great and the manager(I think his name is Ken with the white shirt he's usually around the customer service area next to cashiers, addresses any issues or compliments right away. Great guy. If you don't like this jewel then you fall under the "Karen" section of society

Ordered a fruit bowl to bring to a luncheon. It was attractive but more importantly, the fruit was delicious. I was very pleased with the service and product.

I recently visited Jewel Osco for the first time, and I was pleasantly surprised. The store was clean and well-organized, and the selection of products was impressive. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I was able to find everything I needed quickly. I would definitely recommend Jewel Osco to anyone looking for a great grocery store experience.

Katie in the Jewel floral department is fantastic. She came in early to have a beautiful balloon bouquet ready this past Saturday. They made a wonderful 50th anniversary bouquet, as well as many excellent wristlets and boutonnieres for me in the past.

This is my go to Jewel store. Of all the Jewels this is the cleanest and most friendly staff especially Benny the assistant manager and Benny at the produce. I never have a problem here even though it is not as big as some of the other Jewel stores -- it has what I need. It is bright and the store is set-up good.

It is also not as congested as Mariano's to get in and out of in Park Ridge.

Recommend this Jewel especially too for seniors.

Not much to say, Jewel-Osco is always there and has just about everything you need at affordable prices and courteous staff. It's also great to see the special needs staff ready at work at most checkouts. Thank you Jewel. Always the best stop!!!! 😁💯

The inside of the store has changed a lot. It's not as easy to find everything, but once I get my routine down it will be as wonderful as before! BOTH Benny's, front end manager and the producer manager are AWESOME! Michelle and Samantha who are behind the customer service counter are amazing too!

It's a good grocery store. It has pretty much everything you need or want. Still recommend. Get the turtle cookies or brownies from the bakery section. You will not be disappointed.

I came back about a half hour ago, and Susan, at the self check out, was very kind. The world needs more considerate people like her!

Very well stocked and maintained grocery store in Park Ridge, IL for decades. The employees are courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. The shopping experience is world class!

Katie in FLORAL is amazing. I forgot to order the boutonnière for my daughter’s date 😞 and called around to local florists- they were rude and said no way could they help because it was the day of the dance. I talked to a friend of mine, because I was worried I wouldn’t get one and she said call Katie @ Jewel and Katie said absolutely she would help. Very polite and professional compared what I was treated like from the other florists that were downright rude and mean.
Katie was so nice she assembled the boutonnière right in front of me since I had a picture of it. She had orders all over the counter…yet she stopped and helped me out! I will order all of my followers from here from now on. Thank you Katie!! Truly an asset to this store.

This Jewel has a great selection of the usual foods, plus a deli that is complete with soups and other ready to eat meals.

My favorite Jewel nice people and do my walking in-store to get my steps in I now know every aisle in the store 10,000 a day Thank you Jewel
