AT&T Store

Taylor and Chris were amazing in helping us maximize our phone plan and add internet to our bundle. We are senior citizens, and these guys were so very helpful! Great job Taylor and Chris! Management should give these guys a raise!!!

Chris Grissette, the store manager and sales associate Justin, tag teamed us when we went in switch over 5 lines from T-Mobile and upgrade all our phone's. They provided all the options available to give my family the best deal, and even put us on the Business plan since I have an S. Corp. They worked well in unison to get us squared away, as Chris spearheaded the transaction and hovered around assisting other customers. We never felt pressured and even jumped on the AT&T fiber broadband WiFi special with a $500 gift card, in order to save roughly $40 per month compared to our existing internet provider Astound, with no contract and free router included. Very satisfied with their customer service and gave their director kudos, who was onsite that evening for having such a great team.

These guys are great and knowledgeable. Phone issues all week. Tech support over the phone, no help! Went to Harlem Irving Park store, no help! These guys resolved the issue in 20 min. Awesome team in Park Ridge.

Decided to switch from Verizon to At&t so I came by the Park Ridge At&t store to see what type of plans they can offer me. Got my phones ordered and then a day before I was suppose to get my phones At&t cancels my order. Went back to the Park Ridge At&t store and Chris the manager and Bry helped me out by getting me back on track. Amazing customer service on there end no so much on corporates end tho. That’s why the store gets 5 stars from me.

Chris was so helpful in us switching my phone over. I came in because my old phone wasn’t working. Chris went through a bunch of problem solving first before we ultimately had to get a new phone. After 7 years it was time. Chris gave us great advice, support, and kindness. He answered all of our questions with such kindness and honesty. We appreciate everything he helped us with today. He was so patient and we will definitely be coming back to work with Chris again in the future.

Great customer service by Rashad Morris and Chris Grissette. I am computer illiterate and they were both professional, patient, knowledgeable and kind. I was contemplating leaving AT&T for T-Mobile but they unknowingly changed my mind. I remain an AT&T customer.

Chris was AMAZING! I lost my phone, and I couldn't access any of my old information. He not only found a way to get me back into my apple account, but he also problem solved so I was able to get a new phone, retrieve my old information, AND he saved me a lot of money on my monthly bill. GO TO THIS STORE and ask for CHRIS. He truly saved the day!

This AT&T store was wonderful! They walked me through the whole process and were extreme helpful with every step, explaining everything. Would definitely recommend. Chris and Rashad are friendly and super helpful! Ask for them.
