This is an incredible store with wonderful employees. Just fun to browse. They also have a great website. Now 3 locations. I used to visit the old location off Milwaukee Ave. Great for teachers but also just fun for unique gifts.

I love this store more than any other store. It's so easy to find amazing treasures! The staff is always so helpful and kind. The more time I spend in this place, the more money I spend. But it's totally okay!

Have enjoyed this place for years! It's the place to get all kinds for neat stuff for science experiments, collecting, Halloween decorations and costumes, repairs to electrical devices, childrens gift giving and more! It has all kinds of gadgets and items you didn't know you needed!
My husband and I enjoyed perusing the new store location although it's not as big as their last location. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Great place to get kids Birthday presents!

This store is amazing! There are items here for every field of science, and resources for every project. The prices are unbelievable - I found equipment working and intact here for under a fifth what it would have cost online. Plus there are so many interesting baubles to pick up even if you don't need anything in particular. Absolutely not a store to miss!

Good quality products for a surprisingly cheap price!

They have a great amount of selection of items that can be used for keeping aquariums and terrariums.

Stainless steel tongs, pipets, test tubes, measuring cups, microscopes, and clear vinyl tubing in a few sizes they sell per foot for a very low price!!!

They also have SeaMonkeys and Triops here!

How do i begin. This place always makes me like a little child. Its those trinkets, those little gadgets that makes your imagination grow wider and bigger! Things like what can i do with a rubber chicken, or those planet like marbles and this time i got me a plastic ammo box and my prize lunch bag that i got just now.

Such great memories of high school and college robotics projects. Plus the ever exciting random assortment of stuff. Nick nacks and trinkets to 110v 7am breakers, and nema 17 motors. Don't forget to check out their telescopes and microscopes!

Super cool stuff, there’s an isle with old army equipment. Lots of electrical parts for small projects . My kids love it

Love this science surplus store! no matter what age you are you will find somthing that you want. Surprisingly inexpensive! A must go to store!

Good for science supplies like beakers. I bought a rechargeable high power flashlight. Lots of surplus motors. Also an aisle of art supplies.

As someone who is passionate about science and studying physics, this place is amazing. Not only is there anything and everything anyone would ever want, the prices are extremely great. Many items are listed well below the price you would find at other stores or online. And all of that is before deals and discounts they frequently have.
Even if you have no interest in science, much of what they have in stock is incredibly practical and useful for around the house stuff.

Truly remarkable array of science-oriented stuff to peruse through. If you or your child are looking for hands-on fun projects to do together, you will find one that will appeal to them here. (Pic is of the completed crystal growing kit I purchased there.)

Chemistry, electronics, geology, biology, novelty stuff, military surplus items, vintage equipment displays, even Venus fly traps! Staff is friendly and helpful: you can tell that these guys are passionate about what they do. Items were fairly priced and store was easy to navigate through.

Simply put, it’s the STEM equivalent of Jewel: you can find pretty much anything here and it won’t break the bank.

The staff here is well night managers are very friendly and help out where they can. they also have a frog here that's been a live round six years.

Always have things you need and things you don't even know you needed very friendly and knowledgeable staff great place.

One review eh? Every trip has a different experience and every trip is a five star. Go to all locations if convenient for you. You'll be happy that you did. Some items are practically not attainable anywhere else and I try and stock up on those items if I can foresee a need.

This store has a bit of everything. Stuff you will never find anywhere else. From educational toys for children, to electronics, and science items. I have been going here for many years. The staff is always very helpful.

The best collection of bits, bobs, and truly wonderful stuff. The staff is helpful, the displays are creative and funny (see pic), and everything is priced reasonably. It's worth a visit!

Everyone should go here. From teachers to just inquiring minds. I've been going there with my mom/family since I was a toddler. So many fun things for kids and adults! Just an example, geodes you can break open yourself, ant farms, Lava lamps, gag gifts, and so much more! Good prices too! Really fun!
