Great prices and helpful staff. Even when they are busy, there is not much of a wait. They keep it stocked really well too

Friendly employees.. mostly.
Unfortunately Last week a cashier had us leave self checkout (we always use self checkout due to lack of employee's at night) but had us go to aisle 1 & then let a women with 1 item cut into our orders. We had 2 seperate orders so self check out would have been more efficient for us.. *being able to do both orders at the same time on different registers, like we always do* instead he saw the lady had 1 item and let her cut in between our separated orders on the belt. She could have gone to self check out with 1 item. He was rude & profiling. I guess he must be new because I've been coming to this store my whole life, i know many of the employees outside of jewel even. I've never had this type of interaction anywhere, I didn't appreciate his attitude😒 he has bad vibes. I hope he gets better training. Other than that...
Over priced food, but thats everywhere Unfortunately.
5 stars because most of the employees are AMAZING, HELPFUL & GOOD AT THEIR JOBS, whether it's stocking, deli, pharmacy, carts, cashier or bagging they know how to do customer service! They deserve raises. Except that new cashier😛

This location is always well stocked.very clean. And service is excellent. Great selection in the deli section. Sandwiches and stuff like that are always made fresh. The bakery section is very nice Gladys selection to choose from everything is fresh

Improvement every day! Was so ticked off at this store I did not shop there for 4 years. My bank is located in the store so I purchased a few small items subsequently I began shopping at the Jewel a few times a month. Now I would recommend the Highland Park Jewel to potential customers. Much better on all levels!

Great selection of fresh produce, delicious cakes, cookies and other bakery items, deli and many more. They have good selection of party trays such as vegetable trays, cookies trays and more. I love the customer service. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Store was clean and organized and plenty of selections available. Plenty of parking available outside as well. Highly recommend this store.

The cleanliness of the store was the most impressive. The Jewel-Osco grocery store is spacious, even in the parking lot. It is easy to park. I’m a fan of Jewel-Osco because of the variety of items they carry. The fruits and vegetables are so fresh, even the meat there is so nice and looks fresh. The quality of food and exciting variety of food is worth experiencing. The staff was very helpful in pointing me in the direction of items we could not find.

I picked up my drive up and go order, staff was friendly. My order was complete. Staff explained that some of my items were out of stock and that my substitutions were filled instead. I have continued going back. Happy with the care taken with all of my orders.

I was at the store on Dec 29th, I'd like to thank Robert in the produce department for helping me with my salad and making me laugh. The store was clean and the employees were nice. I will definitely shop there again!

Interesting that the same store just over a mile from another has a different selection. Easier in and out than the Park Ridge Jewel. Nicer checkout staff who will not alert you that you have 16 items in the express lane that is supposed to be 15 items when there are lines in every other lane but no one in the express lane. Easy choice.

Was here last week, If you want to go to Jewel and your in the area go to the Foster location. It was maybe 4-5pm assuming the peak, I had two items and it was backed up at the self-checkout. The foster location has more self-checkouts and seems to be less crowded. I didn't have any issues just kinda busy compared to the other Jewel I usually go to.

Best price for Ritz crackers. 12 pack of Budwieser $6 bucks, this sale rocks, Kid Rocks...

I've become somewhat of a regular here. Extra star for the pharmacy. Self checkout is always staffed, but manned cashier lines are friendly and helpful. Good selection, and if you use their app, plenty of deals, coupons and rewards.

This location is always well stocked. Very clean. And service is excellent.

Expert halloween display, just wish you had more toys! Keep up the good work

They are doing a renovation and it is looking great. The planning of the store is quiet good. The selection of produce, variety of foods including an expanding selection of cultural food is wonderful. Love that they have even more offerings for gluten and other allergy sensitive foods.

Well stocked Jewel. In good neighborhoods the jewel has many array of items in average neighborhoods it seems to be lacking I wonder how bad neighborhoods are.

I had four items and waited in the line of 8 people for 10 minutes until they opened another line, my cashier was very patient and polite. However, I did buy two packages of organic chicken breast, when I opened them they were spoiled.

Every week there are a few amazing deals
We get the flyers in the paper, but the deals are on the app.

Some things are free.

Last week apple pies were $1.99

You can't beat that.

Sometimes, things are free.

And they always have friendly, helpful people who make sure that your shopping experience was perfect.

This is my jewel that I go to even though dont even live near here. The staff is so friendly, and it is clean. The pharmacy is phenomenal, always great service and all of the pharmacist are very nice, helpful and answer any questions that you have! I will always go to this jewel!
