Al and all the rest of the crew are always extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I say this as an eBay seller. I frequent the store regularly, as I have to ship items out that I sell..Al knows the "routine" and how to get you in and out quickly. Always confirming shipping information and shipping confirmation numbers. You never leave the store feeling unsure about your package reaching its destination. Thank you to Al and all the staff, you guys are great.

This is the best UPS location I’ve experienced in my life and UPS is my go to place for my shipping and administrative needs. I’ve used them Coast to Coast but this location is special and AWESOME. It stands out from the rest. Dom the owner, has a bright cheery place with the nicest customer service specialists. I took an Uber to make my return and was warmly greeted by Emily. She was so genuine, friendly, and authentic. She went out of her way to assist me. You don’t find customer service like hers these days.

Luckily this was the closest location to where I live but I will be moving soon. I will go out of my way to do my business here. This is my usual UPS store, and everyone here is great - efficient, patient and calm. Today I had a super experience with Emily. I had a bunch of Amazon returns, and somehow chose “print a label” for some, instead of the option to scan a code. Emily sorted it all out and processed the returns without a fuss. Really appreciated her help, kindness, and good nature.

I needed help sending a package to Canada which required a little more effort and knowledge. Paz ensured that the process from start to finish was easy and that all of my questions were addressed. I will definitely use this store for all future shipping needs. Outstanding customer service!!

Emily was awesome. I had a few bowls that I needed to ship and was worried about them breaking. She suggested a bigger box so the packing peanuts could really surround and protect. She took the time to help me which I greatly appreciated!!!!

UPS store #2474 is a pleasure to visit. The employees are very helpful and pleasant- today, Emily provided great service. Another plus is that I have never had to wait in line.
