Trader Joe's

Customer service is why this store gets a 5*****Star rating. I asked two employees a question about item availability and instead of the usual “I don’t know”, both knew the answer and then made suggestions on how to improve the meal I was planning. Checkin employees actually looked like they were enjoying their jobs. Store was clean, well stocked and offers a great phenomenal variety. Prices are reasonable for products offered.

It is amazing how many fantastic items Trader Joe's can pack into a small grocery store! I am continually amazed that I can always find something new and interesting within this store. The staff is always helpful and it is easy to find things. I appreciate plenty of organic fruits and vegetables as well as ready to eat or take and make foods that can be found all over trader Joe's.

I like this trader Joe's they are all very nice. If you can find something, ask an employee they will show you where its at. Other stores just say, "If you can't find it, then we probably don't have it!" I hate when employees say that!! This one is very nice and well organized and clean.

First time I’ve ever been to a Trader Joe’s! I enjoyed the limited selection of products, helps with choice anxiety. Moreover the prices are Uber competitive. Must have something to do with the fact that 99% of the products on the shelf are Trader Joe brand. For example, I bought their branded tequila for $20 and it was surprisingly good for a cheaper tequila, better than your cheap bottle of Jose Cuervo.

The best grocery store ever, priced accordingly, smaller portions but fresh, confectionery is not too sweet, TJ milk chocolate with hazelnuts is the best, lots of tasty good quality frozen meals to choose from

I truly love Trader Joe’s Park Ridge just going a day or two before a winter storm makes people act differently the parking lot is to small people are waiting for others to pull out I gave up and walked from a block away I’m glad I didn’t need a lot but I got what I needed and got out with little or none of the hassle I would have encountered at a larger grocery store
I got a fantastic head of cabbage and great snacks for me and my dog

This Trader Joe's always has cheap flowers, good produce and has a health and beauty section. Parking lot is small, always full and hard to navigate.

Trader Joe's is a pleasant store to go to. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I just recently started going there .My teenage son will not go to any other store, but Trader Joe's. We find food products there that we can't find at other grocery stores.

My experience at Trader Joe's was fantastic. Their customer service is excellent and I found high quality items. And the abundance of parking space made shopping stress-free.

I love Trader Joe’s. They have such a good selection of food and especially they have great food in the frozen section which is great for me. I often work late nights and looking for a quick bite at night, and their food is really good priced really good and easy to prepare. I feel like I get a lot for my money when shopping there. I still have to go to the regular grocery store for fresh produce and other fresh items but when it comes to frozen stuff you’re quick to prepare meals, I like Trader Joe’s on multiple levels.

At Trader Joe`s. they offers many fantastic items and their customer service is great. Plus, their fresh produce is a standout.

First of all employees are so helpful and polite. You can find everything what you need and prices are lower than other grocery stores.

I go here weekly for the salads.The Greek and Caesar are my favorites.The no hormone cheeses in Stilton and brie are what get me in there with a French bread and I get the Irish breakfast tea.

I've always liked Trader Joe's, and this location upholds my expectations. The staff are knowledgeable and approachable. The cashiers are efficient and friendly. The merchandise is good quality at reasonable prices. Parking is a challenge on weekends and evenings, but only on Dec. 23 did I have to park outside of their lot.

Trader Joe's is definitely my most favorite place to shop. Always something new to try.

Honestly and easily in my Top 5 places that I love in Park Ridge. The Park Ridge Trader Joes vibe just hits different. Love this place!!
