AutoZone Auto Parts

So I’m driving in the most of the Frederick Md snow and guess who runs out of windshield wiper fluid and the windshield wipers were also bad! I panicked! The windshield is now freezing and I can’t see. I drove to the nearest Auto Zone where Dan (Manager) immediately greeted me with a smile and asked how he could help. I told him I was in need of windshield wiper fluid and windshield wipers. That I have severe anxiety in adverse weather. Dan saved the day! Not only did he explain the difference in the best windshield wipers, he installed them for me. As I was giving him 10 bucks he said no we do this for free. Dan has excellent customer service, empathized with my situation, all while smiling and being professional. Dan is amazing and I look forward to returning to this location!!!!

The staff is accommodating and friendly. Daniel installed my headlights; he was quick and knowledgeable about what he was doing. Great job, and keep it up!

I wish I could give more stars!! Got a flat tire on 270 and was able to limp to this Autozone. In that parking lot I found that my car had no tools for fixing flats! The only employee there, also the manager (Daniel) spent no less than 3 hours helping me jack my car up, remove my wheel, find the leak, and plug it with a couple different methods. He had a lot of great tips and really helped lower the stress level on what could have been an awful experience. It's a long drive for me, but I intend to do any car parts shopping I need at this store in the future.

Dan Dan he's the man!! Husband was away and my battery died...after a jump from great neighbors I called Dan and he took care of everything!!

The manager Daniel was a great help I was having trouble with my battery and he recommended the best one for me he was very helpful and i got my new battery and he helped install it right after best service definitely will be coming back.

I have to say, I love this AutoZone. It's the best one I've ever been to. The staff is always so kind, friendly and helpful. The store is always clean, stocked and displayed well. Every time I ever need anything, I'm always greeted with a friendly demeanor and helped with whatever I may need at that time. I've gone to competing stores and I've either been ignored or been given an attitude. This is why I will always come to AutoZone, in Urbana and never go back to any other auto supply store. Thank you for always providing me with phenomenal customer service! Fellow shoppers, go here, you won't be disappointed. 😊

I was in this store last Friday and the two employees there, were so helpful and kind. They greeted me as soon as I walked in and offered to assist me. Often times, when I go into any other auto store, I'm either ignored, gawked at or, treated as if I don't know anything about cars, just because I'm a woman. These gentlemen here at the Urbana AutoZone, treated me with respect and made me feel like they genuinely cared to help me as a customer. They answered all my questions, showed me where I could find the product I needed and offered additional assistance, should I need something else. They were friendly, attentive and respectable. The service I received is by far, better than I've gotten from anywhere else. The two employees that helped me were; Daniel and Bud. I will certainly be a returning customer and won't be going back to any of the other auto stores. :)

This Autozone store is bright and clean well stocked. It looks brand new. The employee behind the counter was attentive and knowledgeable and took me right to the product I was looking for. He ask me some questions about Covid-19 and practiced social distancing and was wearing a mask which I appreciated also he was very polite. I believe the employee's name was "Bud" I'll definitely come back for all my automotive needs.

I have been a Shade Tree Repairman since 1967. Many parts srores have come and gone. The folks at "The Zone" here in Urbana, Md. are some of the most pleasant people around to deal with.
If they dont have it, they will get it !! I know anyone can get things On Line and Hope it is correct, but Call me Old School, I still prefer to talk to REAL People, and touch and feel real parts, not a picture on Amazon. BTW, the Zone prices are sometimes less then the "Zon."

One of my local places to get parts. Recently I ordered a filter online for one of our cars. It didn't fit correctly and I was able to return it to store.

Friendly and helpful staff, never had a problem but then again I come in knowing exactly what parts I need.

Clearance table is a must check, got a 25 ft corded shop light for $5!

We were served by Daniel Turner and it was a wondeful expetience . A perfect exemple of a person of good character .

Had a small part (battery terminal) that needed replacing. The worker here was about to do it himself with a tool kit to make sure the part worked before I bought it. Exceptional Service!
