CVS

The pharmacy has one or two people that kind of rude. I don't know why, but transferring my prescription, one that I desperately need, was like pulling teeth until I got a different pharmacist on the phone. Anyway, let me tell you about their Minute Clinic!
First off, they took care of my updated vaccines and were so sweet about it. A few months later, I found myself in a predicament.
I went to an Urgent Care prior to this visit that cost me nearly 200.00 with meds. I was going to go to another where they informed me it would be around the same price just to see them, so I scheduled with the Minute Clinic at this CVS.
They were AMAZING! First off, online scheduling was ridiculously easy. The person that checked me out listened to what I had to say. They were unbelievably patient considering I had just been through 2 weeks of misery, and they didn't have a problem with my prescription going to a different pharmacy. She was fantastic!!! My initial diagnosis through UC was bronchitis because they didn't listen. I left MC with a diagnosis of a super bad sinus infection that was causing the build up in my lungs!
I will absolutely recommend the MC, and have, to whoever will listen. Also, the front of store cashiers are awesome! They always greet me, and ask if I need anything, and are right there with a smile if I do, and if not, they are at the register ready to go.
Nice people that listen. It's really wonderful.

I am so grateful to this pharmacy, Matt and the pharmacist. I was diagnosed with blood clots in my leg last night only to find that no one in Frederick had the medication I needed to start this morning. I called all over town and found out this CVS was one of a few who had it. I drove the distance because it was life saving. It was a very expensive medication but Matt was able to find a major discount card. The ER doctor would have been the only one who could changed the medication and there was no guarantee he was there today. Not enough words in a day to be able to thank you guys so much for what you did having this medication and getting it deeply discounted for me. God bless everyone!

Tara was the most lovely and helpful attendant at a time when my wife and I were not feeling well. She went above and beyond in laying out the need-to-know about our concerns. I would recommend adjusting her compensation to reflect her professionalism. Tara is full of heart. Great employees are impossible to find.

After Dexcom and our insurance gave us the runaround, pharmacist Zach went the extra mile to help us get our order. The pharmacy dept is always busy! I'm so appreciative of the time he took to help my family!

My family had a wonderful experience receiving vaccines from this CVS minute clinic. The pharmacist and nurse on staff are lovely and professional.

just visited the CVS and I am happy to say that Amy was dear and very helpful. The store was under renovation or remodeling and I couldn't find everything I was looking for but she came out from behind a register and help me find it... great store next time I come through I will be stopping

The cashiers are very polite. The prices are excellent. Great variety of food and other miscellaneous that I'll buy as gifts every once in a while.

The staff at this pharmacy are exceptional. Very caring and always willing to help me out with migraine related emergencies
