So decided to skip the "big" new Frederick beer store for a fresh look at craft beer...glad I did!
They had several new brewery choices for me to try ad well as a wall of singles...nice choice if you aren't sure and want one to taste.
Highly recommend giving them a look.
For you sour ale fans they have the Black Flag Joozy Box...yum

Excellent service. Large variety of wines, spirits and craft beers. The staff is the best part though - friendly and knowledgeable. I often ask for advice and have loved every recommendation. I encourage you to talk to them. They offer regular tastings as well.

Great selection! Great pricing! Definitely taste whatever they recommend "on tap!" see also, one half of their AMAZING beer cave space ( which also contains perfectly chilled wine (bubbles too!!) and various mixers and non-alcoholic beverages!

Very helpful good selection. I usually only drink 1 or 2 beers in a week but I drank all 4 of these sours within 24 hours. They are SOooo delicious!!!! Uh oh…this might become a very expensive habit

This store is an absolute hidden gem! They have a HUGE selection. They even have a cooler full of local beers. You can make your own 6-packs. Their liquor and wine selections are top not as well. Tons of variety. And to top it off, they even have a buyers rewards program. These guys have found a way to upscale the alcohol buying experience!

It was a little out of the way, so it took a few months until we went there. This has become our favorite wine shop in the Frederick area. We love the tastings available at any time, but particularly on Sat. Being able to try new wines is always fun, and the staff's tastes seem to be quite similar to ours.

Super helpful staff willing to help you find or order anything under the sun on the off chance that it's not already stocked in their impressive collection. On-site wine tasting, constantly growing selection, and friendly atmosphere make going here less like doing errands and more like a pleasant outing.

If you love wine or want to learn more about all the available varietals, go there and ask for Roland. He's very knowledgeable and can help you make a selection based on what you like to drink.

One of my favorite stores for Wine and Spirits. The staff there is very knowledgeable, they are particular in what they stock, and even though price is not my main concern, their prices are better then other local stores.

Huge craft beer, wine and liquor selection. Friendly and helpful staff. They offer purchase tracking so you can look up previously purchased items if you can't remember that beer your liked last month.

How can one not love this place? I am always greeted by friendly, knowledgeable staff. This is by far my favorite place to buy wine. I always leave with at least two bottles and a big smile on my face.

The selection here is amazing, and ever growing. The owner, and his staff, are both knowledgeable, and extremely willing to answer any questions. I'm extremely pleased to have found Orion's.
