AT&T Store

On a Tuesday, Dunn is the only one here helping 7 people. He’s not stressing his workload to customers, he listening to everyone while multi tasking in a calm manner. And he’s being attentive to everything that people are asking.

There are 7 people here that’s he’s attending to and nobody is upset over his effort. If he’s not a manager of this store in a year I would be disappointed.

Super helpful, honestly the best customer service of any att store I've ever been in!!!! New excatly what to do to fix the problem i was having, and got it done!!! Won't go to any other att store but this one. Thanks to all of yall for your help, kindness, and willingness to do so!!!!

I went into the store on 16 August to switch providers from Mint to AT&T. Joel V. Greeted when I came and ask if he could help. I explained my situation to him and he told me that he would be happy to help. He was incredibly professional and patient with me while I provide him with all the information that he needed. He stayed with me while I waited over an hour to get the account and pin numbers needed to port over my phone numbers. Joel is a credit to AT&T, if his customer relations skills are any indication of the service that AT&T provides, I know that I will be in good hands! Thank you so much Joel!

Mike was outstanding. He provided us with outstanding customer service. Mike was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. He resolved our issue calmly and patiently. We will be back to the store because of Mike. Thank you Mike.

Sofia was wonderful. She was standing at the door to welcome us in and help us set up a phone that we had purchased from the store on Hewitt Dr. The store on Hewitt Dr was of no help. I have nothing but praise for Sofía and the other young lady who was working with her. She took care of us in a fraction of the time that we spent at the Hewitt location where we didn’t receive any help, just unwanted attitude from an employee who should have stayed home. He was the most rude individual I have seen in quite some time. Very loud and argumentative.

Jay was the best customer service representative I've ever encountered in the phone industry I'll be back to see him for sure!!

I needed an iPhone upgrade. The salesman that assisted me made the whole experience a breeze. He was extremely knowledgeable & proficient with the iPhones all the while being personable & professional. I highly recommend him & this store!

Vanessa and Jay helped me out last night trading in my phone and moving myself to a new plan. They went above and beyond to help me keep my old number, answered all questions I had with patience and kept me laughing throughout the entire process which can take some time. These two were amazing and I highly recommend their store. Exceptional customer service, knowledgeable and extremely friendly crew that communicates well and has excellent team work. I cannot recommend enough. Thank you guys for a wonderful experience. I will definitely be back!

I went to the store today because my phone was on the verge of a melt down. No lie melt down, hot to the touch and would not stay on for more than 15 sec. I lost almost all of my contacts, photos, and info from my phone. With this said Sophia and the supporting staff did the best that they could. They used the tools provided to them to do their job, unfortunately all was not recovered. Although, it was not recovered Sophia did what she could to solve my problems If at&t has accommodations Sophia should get one.

Sophia, was quick to help. New her stuff. Solved all my issues.Made my experience very enjoyable. Good vibes! I should of got her number. But if you need service or have issues of any kind with your phone, this store is the best in Waco. There blessed to have her. 😎🤩😍🤑😉📲⏳💯

By far the best customer service ever. Vanessa was SUPER knowledgeable on the plans and the type of plans that we had and that was offered. Jay was also a big help in the decision making. I love be a part of this cellular family.

Mike made the whole process of switching to a new phone seamless and stress free. His excellent customer service and knowledge provided the best experience I’ve ever had at an AT&T retail store.

Customer service MATTERS. There are lots of AT&T stores in the area that offer the same products, but when it comes to getting help--- this is the place to go. Everyone was friendly as I entered, and Joel took the time to listen to my problem and come up with ways to help me solve it. I entered feeling very overwhelmed, but I left with all questions answered and exactly the help I needed. It truly made a difference in my day!

Great experience at the loop location. Way better than my last two experiences. Very friendly and attentive. The nice woman that helped me was fabulous. I accidentally pushed the wrong button on the survey they sent me because my phone slipped in my hand. Also. Do not go to best buy and try to start new service. They wont be able to help you with the I.Q. The size of a grape. They argued over trying to help me then told me they couldnt help me but i am glad i went into the AT&T store the following day.

Jenna helped me over the phone with my phone after having some issues inside the store. She was absolutely terrific!! The instructions she gave were perfect and I got everything transferred with no problem and no more phone calls as well as saving me another frustrating trip to the store. She deserves a raise!

I was there with a complicated situation involving straight talk and transferring to yall. My rep. MIKE was incredible. I was there for over 6 hrs straight but not his fault but dealing with the idiots of straight talk, what an experience. Nothing but great for yall. Thank you for his non stop and I mean non stop dillegence getting me and 3 lines squared away. Outstanding....

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had in a phone retail store. Sophia was badass. Even though the system was experiencing a little lag the atmosphere stayed chill and the vibe was on point for a very pleasing time.

Madison was simply AMAZING!! We visited the store on Waco Dr and New Rd after Sophia called to confirm availability of the phone we wanted but were so disappointed in the lack of product knowledge and the complete and total disrespect we received from German that we walked out and went BACK to the Loop 340 location. Both of the girls, Sophia and Madison, were very knowledgeable, kind and courteous. We will highly recommend this location and visit again anytime we are in need of anything AT&T related!
