Keleb was wonderful. I have great anxiety going to phone stores. Kaleb was so kind and helpful, I felt right at ease. He was able to effectively assist multiple people at once and created a very pleasant atmosphere. I’m happy to say I had a great experience at the phone store today

So I had lost my phone after someone or some magical being took my iPhone 14 Pro Max. I have to have a phone for medical reasons so even though I had a lost/theft coverage plan I really could not wait days for a phone. SAM and VASHAUN were beyond helpful on one of the worst days I’ve had to date. If you’re looking for a store to go to I would go to this one and ask for these two. They are worth the extra drive and will politely help you with whatever is going on. I really hope they see this along with their boss I appreciate you two a lot thank you.

We have had a great experience working with both Kaleb and Sam at this location. Kaleb is very kind, patient and knowledgeable. Sam has a lively personality and brings joy to the experience. These guys were so professional and friendly. This combination isn’t always easy to find in this industry. Thanks to you both for giving us great service!

Kaleb was excellent, helped guide my mom through unlocking her account and finding some helpful information. My mom is anxious about anything phone related, but Kaleb was patient and quick to answer or questions and getting what we needed.

I went to this store twice and Ethan helped me both times. He was amazingly helpful and explained everything clearly when it came upgrading my phone.

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at this location! The employees are very knowledgeable and always ready to help. The manager, Danny, really takes the time to listen to your needs and goes above and beyond to accommodate them. I’ve had Sprint for 10+ years, but the service here has exceeded my previous encounters at Sprint stores by far.

Customer service is second to none! They offer great prices and do everything they are able to give you the lowest price possible on their products.

The staff is genuine, friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the services and products that are offered.

I broke my newly purchased apple 5s Watch, but the staff there took care of me, exceeding my expectations far beyond what I could have asked for, and way more than what they needed to do.

Overall, I was very pleased with every aspect of this store, location is convent. The staff is friendly, they truly care about you, the customer! I honestly can’t say enough positive remarks about this place, go check them out yourself, you’ll see what I mean!

Today I received such outstanding customer service from this Sprint store! I had gone in a bit exasperated with my phone and could not understand why I was having issues with the phone I had purchased in the spring. Danny, the manager was the person who assisted me. It did not take long at all for him to discover why I was experiecing the problem. He quickly had the problem solved for me and explained clearly why the problem began. All along I thought I had done something wrong. I felt so much better when I learned it was not me at all! While in the store I also had a liquid glass screen protection added to my phone which I should have done when I purchased the phone. Gregory did the most fantastic job if apply the screen for me. It is 100% perfect. Thank you so very much Danny and Gregory! Job well done!

My phone wouldn't turn on so I stopped by the Sprint store on 6th St. Lisa helped me pick out a new phone, recommended accessories, and found discounts to apply to my account!! She was very helpful and nice. I'm loving my nee phone and greatly appreciate the lower monthly bill! :)

Outstanding customer service!! Daniel went above and beyond to help with my upgrades and purchases. Greg was also helpful and knowledgeable. They were both very patient and took the time needed to get any questions or issues addressed.

This store is beyond amazing. The gentlemen that work there are VERY knowledgeable, are not afraid to give it to you straight, and go above and beyond their regular job duties to do everything they can for you. I was going to switch to Verizon and it is only because of the customer care person I talked to on the phone and the men in this store that I'm staying with Sprint. I will not go to any other sprint store. These men more than earned their 5 stars.

This is the only store that I go to for anything relating to my bill, needing a new phone, problems with my phone, etc. Lisa Smith is one of the best sales reps there! She is very straight forward and will do everything that she can to help you. I have been to many different sprint stores in the past and none of them are as good as this one.

This past Saturday, my family and I visited this Sprint store in order to upgrade. The service we were provided with was beyond excellent, the 3 employees on staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and very patient with us. I would recommend this store to all Sprint users in the area.
