Taco Bell

We came here 10/04 and to be honest I never eat Taco Bell because it’s never good. But this day I was starving and decided to go inside and eat. The service was super fast and when we got our food…it was steaming hot and soooooo good! I’ve never had Taco Bell that was hot and fresh. They know what they’re doing there, that’s for sure!

Quick ordering and they were sympathetic when I told them at the kiosk that I paid more money last time for additional chicken, rice and beans and did not receive what I paid extra for, they kindly took my word for it and gave me a replacement burrito for no charge. I was not asking for that nor did I expect it. Good things happen to people that are kind and polite and patient! They were all 3 of these characteristics and it paid off for me! Thank you Taco Bell on 23rd street in Lawrence KS

Tyler was AWESOME! So rare to have a personable person at a fast food restaurant. He was kind, fast, and funny. This guy deserves a raise. 11pm and the guy is this upbeat and nice? Unreal

This Taco Bell is a decent location! It's not the best location I've ever eaten at by any means but it's far from being bad! Quick and, for the most part, reliable. I think ive been dissatisfied once in the 50+ times I've been there and it wasn't even that bad! Definitely recommend this TBell :)

Love the food. This place also makes me feel safe because I was in an abusive relationship last time I came here & he was hitting me in the car when we were parked in their parking lot & an employee came to the rescue. I will NEVER forget how brave he was. I LOVE & RESPECT this place!!!

Taco Bell hit the spot. The service was fast and customer service was great. I was glad they offered lunch items at 10:30 am. Easy in, easy out. Good was fresh and yummy, too.

Was absolutely ridiculous. I ordered on the app to pick up my food and it said I could pick it up in store and then when I got there the lobby was closed so I had to wait 30 plus minutes for my food.

Service was good and the workers were very nice. Was happy with the food, sometimes Taco Bell will rip you off on the meat, I was pleased to find that wasn't the case with my order here. I'm not a regular customer, only when I visit for tournaments.

Was the best nacho bell grande I've ever had . Plenty of ingredients and piping hot ..delicious. The staff was on the ball. Two thumbs up.

What can you say? Its Taco Bell! And aren't all Taco Bell's good? However if you order to go, don't go through the drive through as it's always backed up and takes too long. Instead, walk in and order your take out. You'll get it faster.

Always reliable, speedy and friendly. I eat here more than I should! Having eaten here several times, I have had Many opportunities to see how things are done. Always 5 stars

I am not from Lawrence but needed to stop and get lunch while driving past. In my home town my taco bell is super slow. Not only was this place super fast, friendly, and accurate, it was DELICIOUS!!! Thanks for making my day 😊!

I was there late after a long drive. The drive through guy was hilarious and polite. Can't beat good service. There food was typical Taco Bell, either you like it or you don't.

Went to get dinner from here after having a horrible experience at the Arbys across the street. We got exactly what we ordered. Got everything we wanted. And had a great experience with the friendly staff! Thank you for not being like Arbys ;)

the guy that took my order was so nice, I wish everybody was like that. the food is 10/10, went during a rush and still came out how I asked.

Something about Taco Bell must be really attractive to people at 2 a.m. the line goes all the way around the building and it's surprising that they don't open the lobby and have full-time staff on all night.
