AT&T Store

Avery and Zach awesome some may say the greatest, they are very helpful and they helped us tremendously with every question my family had. Zach spent hours getting everything correct and is a very genuine person.

Avery is quite literally the only person who helped me get through the super frustrating insurance claim process. The other AT&T location was more than unhelpful but Avery talked to customer service with me on the phone for well over an hour, until it was resolved. He's the best.

Jake, the manager at the 6th and Wakarusa store, is truly knowledgeable. He managed to transfer my old phone's data to my new phone, even though the old phone's screen was blank. He spent a lot of time on accomplishing this, all the while remaining patient. I very much appreciated all He did, along with his great attitude.

Good experience overall in store. Store mgr finally able to unravel all of the damage done during my online attempt to get an internet/cell bundle. Do NOT get anything online; worst experience ever! Probably wasted 6 hours.

Jake was very friendly fast and honest. Highly recommending working with him as he offers a ton of knowledge and makes sure your bill doesn’t get screwed up!

We went in to upgrade our iphone's on July 5th. One was damaged over the weekend and the other was an old model. The store manager and the store rep were both very helpful, pleasant to work with and seemed happy to be helping us. We left with 2 new phones. Originally we went to the AT&T store on Iowa st. They were out of the phone we were looking at, the reps acted like they were doing us a huge favor by talking to us and 100% not professional. We are VERY glad we made our way to the store on 6th st and were able to work with the wonderful staff there. We will be visiting this store only for future needs.

Shaun Rainey ran the entire store and held himself in such a great manner. He was able to accommodate and work with me, great customer service! Will be going to this store from now on. Great job!

The 5 stars are for Richard K. My mother had a spontaneous brain tumor/surgery last year that left her less than able. I had to move her and get her situated. Closed/paid up her account and was done. 1yr later we received a collection notice on an unpaid bill that seemed unreal. Richard K worked with me to assess the issue, dig deep and come up with a solution that wouldn't further crush our family. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE! taking the time to figure out a solution and bring peace and satisfaction. Great job Richard...I vote you get paid more.

Went in today to have my info tranfered to new phone. Very helpful. The other att store on Iowa St. Wanted to charge me 50 bucks for a activation fee. The sweet girl at this store did not charge us. She was very helpful
