Chili's Grill & Bar

This was my first time for coming back to Chili's in 5 years. I'm not sure why it took me so long but the food, table service, and atmosphere where everything that I have experienced previously and have come to expect of Chili's both here in Lawrence and elsewhere around the country. The meals that my friends and I had were cooked perfectly and the drinks were just ideal. The table service of the waitress was spot on and I felt it appropriate to let her know that her attention to detail was appreciated both by the large tip and speaking with her directly as I was getting ready to leave. I compliment both the waitress herself and the management staff for putting forth such professional effort and making the dining experience welcoming and enjoyable.

Our server was excellent. Our group of 9 never went thirsty, Drinks were constantly refilled. Food came out exactly as it was ordered. My only tiny itty-bitty complaint would be that the chips and salsa could have come out earlier. As it was they were served about 3 minutes before our entrees were served. That was the only complaint..

The food was wonderful and the staff was very friendly. We ordered and split two big mixed appetizer sets, and it was more than enough food for our table without needing to order actual meals.

Treated to a (later at night) comped Veterans Day meal, the service was outstanding even after what I would imagine to be a long day for the staff. Potato soup was extraordinary, service was prompt and friendly, and both mine and my fiancée's meal appreciably priced. Highly recommend as the best low-key sitdown restaurant.

Pleasant experience. Ordered online and waited at the to go counter cuz I got there early. The staff were friendly and everyone asked if I had been helped … and each knew the status of my order and assured me it was almost ready. Nice job on my burger with smothering it in cheese and bacon. Nice solid to go packaging that DOES NOT LEAK! 🙂

Best date night ever. Was there for the World Series game 1 and ordered the 3 and me. I got carne asada, while wife got the steak. Both were cooked to perfection!

Replaced McAlister's as my favorite in Lawrence. I am surprised with the consistency and great serving. The darker lighting isn't too harsh on the eyes and sets the atmosphere for a chill place to eat.

I ordered take out and the staff at this location is outstanding.

Dude it's just me. I made my own meal and it was amazing. 3:30 to 4:15 if you want a seasoned Michelin star trained cook making your meal come in. Otherwise strangling my cooks to create my standard.

My Sister and I had lunch today 9-8-22. Our waiter Mike was top notch!! The Queso Burger I had was the best Burger I've had for several years. Fast, courteous service, and great atmosphere. Thank You for the great lunch. I am from Texas visiting. Try it out.

I have dined at this location multiple times now and I have been satisfied every time. I have had great service every time I have been here, which is rare at other establishments. The servers have always been friendly. The one time my table had a problem, the manager corrected it right away. The menu items I have tried were great. The promos they have are also great. Right now they have the $10 meals which include drink, app and entree. It's a steal! We are usually able to be seated right away too!

The quality you expect from Chilli's is there. Great atmosphere. Nice and prompt servers. Never dissapointed at this location.

The food was amazing! Our waiter, Logan, was very attentive and was very polite. It was a great overall experience, and my wife and I will definitely be returning customers.

I usually stay away from chains, however it was July 4th and Chili's was one of a few places open. I went with a few friends and we had a great time. I like the darkish atmosphere. We sat at the bar and both the service and the food were really great. Thanks Chili's for a nice gathering amongst friends.

The service was Great! Our order came out just as ordered AND in a timely manner. The restaurant was clean and all workers seemed attentive to every customer.
We would and will eat here again.
