Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

The staff are always helpful. It's never too busy. They get me out of there quickly with just what I need. The store is big enough to have the supplies I need, but not too big to be overwhelming. Just get in and get out. It's perfect for those quick pick up items.

This store is completely unbelievable. First of all we went there to get two different paint colors, one for the door and one for the wall. Somehow the off white door color ended up being darker than the cream wall color and the wall color almost matched the door. Obviously the colors had somehow been switched while making, and instead of making it a big deal we switched the two paints ourselves, using the door paint on the wall and using the wall paint on the door. The door was really close but we needed it lighter, so the following day we go back trying to explain the situation and saying we just needed the color we brought in a bit lighter, which we were told the previous day we could do. Instead of just making it lighter we had to explain the situation for over half an hour, one to a guy who was nice and the other guy hiding out in the back making backhanded remarks from the back room not even listening to the whole situation completely. He then tried to take over in the front after saying we couldn’t get it lighter. Then low and be hold they took the paint and matched it to the color we originally wanted! And guess what! They had to lighten it. This was after being talked down to, told we used the wrong paints for the wrong areas and trying to gaslight us into believing that we were the problem. When all we wanted was the right colored paint! Don’t worry though, the guy from the back was there they day before, still hiding in the back, and when the other person that day was helping us try to match colors he made fun of us for being there for so long. I DO NOT suggest this store. They are unprofessional and do not listen to the customer. Granted it was only the other guy who I believe was higher up, but I didn’t catch his name.
