Bought an expensive geekvape less than a month ago and it stopped working. I know, I know, no one returns vapes, but they did work with me and even gave me a discount on a new one while I wait for a replacement from the manufacturer. Solid folks and knowledgeable people. Great customer service unfortunately I was sold a fake G-Pen. They resolved the matter quickly and politely refunded me the full amount and are getting in contact with their distributor to avoid this in the future. Still the best store in this area in my opinion!
