McDonald's

Relatively recently remodeled McDonald's. Service is effective and the facilities are relatively clean.

Awesome staff and management. They were very courteous and caring towards our needs and made the experience a 5-star one indeed! Thank you and love the new design - definitely revamped this McDonald’s

Food was hot and fresh and they are wonderful staff there too!!!

Never had a problem at this McDonald's. They are fast and friendly. The staff has always gotten my order right.

No real complaints, food is usually fresh and fast, except somehow they always forget to add the chicken nugget sauce and I always forget to check. Update: I got 5 sauces for 10 nuggets last night, so I guess it all balances out.

Good hot food made fresh. Better than average McDonald's. Totally automated front was a new one for me.

and warm water in the washroom.

Fast service and great customer service what else can I ask for

This was my neighborhood McDonalds for almost two decades. It has definitely improved in the couple times it was renovated. The atmosphere is good and the people working there are good, too. The only thing you have to be aware of is the drive-thru is a little wonky and can get backed up but otherwise it’s a great place to eat.

Fast service at the drive-thru window and the two people that we spoke to actually acted like they cared. The breakfast food was fresh, hot, and was the best McDonald's breakfast that I have had in a very long time. Good job, McDonald's in Dale City, VA!

Got 6 nuggets and a QP with cheese. Burger tasted fresh 5/5. And the nuggets were nice and crispy 5/5

Vintage set up. This McDonald's reminds me of the McDonald's I used to visit when I was a kid. Retro colors, swivel chairs, friendly staff. Kids loved the playground. Men's Bathrooms need a lot of TLC (both the music and work) but one of the best McDonald's we have visited in a while. 5/5, great atmosphere, would visit again. I have never given a McDonald's five stars before but this visit was that great!

Possibly my best McDonald’s experience ever! Arrived early in the morning and everyone was smiling and pleasant! The bathrooms were fully stocked with toilet tissue and they got my order right :-)

The food was served well in good packaging. I had not eaten all day so McDonald's literally saved my life. I would recommend this restaurant to a taco bell.

This McDonald's is definitely one of a kind :clean, neat vases with flowers on the tables. Friendly customer services. Outside playground and inside playroom would keep kids busy and entertained while parents are ordering.

The new design is much more spacious than before and orders come in and out more easily with the new system they have in place.

Telling people that you ate lunch at Ron’s Steak House sounds a whole lot better than saying you ate at McDonald’s. I’ve been calling it Ron’s Steakhouse for years. They serve the best “Round Steak” in town.
