Burger King

Was traveling and starving at the same time so my husband stopped at this restaurant. There's plenty of parking, it is handicapped accessible, and there is also a drive-thru. We went through the drive-thru and ordered our food pretty quickly. The food was prepared in short order with we were happy the staff were very nice and helpful. Would recommend for a visit.

My food was hot and it didn't take very long to receive. The facility felt a bit messy or dirty, but maybe they'd been busy or were short handed that night

1/8/24 I had a great Whopper with cheese sandwich. The pothole I accidentally hit on my way out is so deep I thought I was going to pop a tire.

I love their service and my family always want us to visit this location because of their good food.

So I hadn't eaten at Bk for awhile. Like maybe a year. This location was fast, polite, their two-way speaker was crystal clear and the drive thru was clean. I was at Bk so the whopper with no onions extra pickles, medium onion rings and a coke was hot, delicious and was given with no mistakes. Was on a 30 min break so the efficiency was there. 5 stars.

For the first time ever with any fast food mobile app, my mobile app ordering experience met my expectation. I've often been disappointed after submitting a mobile order only to arrive at the resteraunt and have an extended wait. My expectation of placing an early morning breakfast mobile order in advance was to decrease the wait time. This past weekend BK exceeded my expectation. As usual when I arrived at the drive thru no other cars were present due to the early morning hour. Instead of having to wait for my order, my completed order was handed to me right away and the food was still hot. Success all the way around. Hopefully this experience repeats.

AMAZING customer service. We went through the drive through, i forgot to ask the name of the worker, but he was on point, and so upbeat. He gave us a few extra sauces and even a little pup cup for our new puppy. He made our day!

Always loved Burger King's breakfast!

When my family came here at 2am after flying home from CA, I was very impressed with the quality of service we received from this restaurant. The employee working the window was patient and respectful, even though we had a large order late at night, and the food we received was freshly cooked. 10/10 would eat again.

I used a $3.99 Coupon from the mail, to get 2 Whopper Juniors & 2 Fries. The BURGERS were FRESH MADE w/ nice pickles, onions etc. The Fries were nice & hot. I got catsup packets for the fries. We ate in the car, as the Drive-Thru was very busy. I got 2 cones ($1 each) in a cup & had the cashier put the cones in a paper bag. This way, the soft-serve ice cream (scrumptious!) ...was firm & thick, to spoon onto the cone after we finished the burgers. We ate around 5pm at Burger King. Food was so good!

I love their $1 Junior Bacon Cheeseburger. More importantly my dogs love them, too! I especially like that their bacon is usually crunchy and tasty. I buy them plain, no toppings, and if I eat them I use spicy mustard, Famous Dave's pickles, and fresh lettuce and tomatoes. Oh yeah, I'll stack them two or three high, as well, I'm not proud.

I have always liked Burger King over Mc Donald's and this visit is another reason why. I used the drive thru and used the app got some good deals. I added two10 piece nuggets to my order one regular one spicy so we could compare. We had to wait for the nuggets to be cooked fresh in was happy about that. Fresh food always better. When the nuggets were brought out to is the gentlemen had already added the sauce I forgot to ask for , Ranch, for the spicy and BBQ for the regular. I was impressed. Definitely check out BK they are doing it right.

Located by Virginia Most visited Mall Potomac Mills but their service is par none, especially the crew tonight on 11/21. I think the manger or supervisor was a young latina lady but she had the crew working on point. Great job

Oh yes. Lets start with accrue that pays attention to detail in the order that you asked for. And then the crew knows how long to cook their burgers, chicken, fish, or anything else you ask for. The toppings of lettuce and tomato are Super Fresh, something I have been finding to not be the case at other Burger King locations I've been to. And then great customer service they don't Hound you when you ask for extra sauce everything is just right nothing is cold when it should be hot and nothing is hot when it should be cold. Here's the kicker, everything I just listed happened to me at 2:15 a.m. in the morning. That's right ladies and gentlemen, this Burger King is open 24 hours. It takes a little while longer to get your stuff because I am almost guaranteed in his made-to-order. This Burger King truly is King.

Adjacent to Potomac Mills, the King of Burgers (Burger King) meals are very tasteful. Quick service, hot food and fresh fries. Great flavor, try their Impossible Whopper... LOVE IT.

Always come here after work! And there is always one employee working the graveyard shift! They do an amazing job! Always polite and helpful! Big should out to all of them! Highly recommend this place not just for the food but for the hospitality!
