The Home Depot

I had a great experience at this Home Depot. I was blessed to have my kitchen designed by Ebony at the Woodbridge Home Depot kitchen design center. Ebony is excellent at what she does. She listened to understand what I really needed and incorporated everything into the design. She did a beautiful design and helped me plan the layout and pick cabinets etc. My kitchen is almost completely installed and I can’t wait to see the end result of her work. Her customer service skills are outstanding. Even though she is barraged by a constant stream of customers, she always maintains a great attitude with a smile on her face. I am very glad I came into Home Depot 7 months ago and met this gem at the store.

I have to give a shout-out to Mike and Priscilla. I went into the store looking for a lawn mower blade. However, it seemed the stock shown online didn't match the store. Mike was thorough in helping me try to locate the part and when it was clear it wasn't there, he helped me with delivering the part. Priscilla was great in helping me set up the online order. The store was fairly busy, yet these two employees didn't rush me and made me feel at ease. Thank you both!

Home Depot is the place where both the DIY’er and the Professional can get the supplies and materials they need for the small job and the large project alike. This Home Depot although limited in ease of entry into its parking lot has every feature as every other Home Depot and a lot more. I enjoy coming here for all my needs.

Went last week to look at bathtubs, Maurice came and asked if he could help. And he did help a lot. I also had questions about garbage disposals, he immediately helped with that as well.
OUTSTANDING customer service!!!
If I could give HIM 10 stars I would.

I'm not a big fan giving reviews to the big transnational companies, but l just feel home depot has been the best option for my remodeling house, getting the materials and tools that l need. But the best part is the people always helping me and feeling cool hearing my name and when they walk next to me when l'm asking or looking for something, never feeling a mean treatment because l'm a woman or making me feel weak. The requests online for special orders like the entry door, laundry machines, etc. and the communication when is ready to pick up are great, the rent truck when is necessary very easy, never feeling disappointed.

Very clean and well stocked compared to my local HD. They had ice melt when other HD didn't and the staff was super helpful.

Came in to make some returns and Jacob at the customer service center was awesome. He was super friendly and took the time to listen and help with all my questions. I greatly appreciated his knowledge and candor helping me navigate my next project. Thank you, Jacob!

Our go to place for items to decorate or fix things in your home. Always busy and always very affordable

Arina went above and beyond to assist me with determining the size blind I needed. They were in a pallet above. She closed the aisle and used the harness on the ladder. IMO, all safety rules were followed. She did all of this for me for one blind that was $10. Now~that’s EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

It was awesome. I got what i wanted with the help of the great people working there. Customer service was perefct.

I made a quick run into home depot before they closed. I was looking for a spray that was safe for indoor houseplants to get rid of gnats. I asked Armando for help. He told me what isle I could find it and I went off to find it, but was unsuccessful. Then Armando came by and made sure i found it. He also gave me his suggestions on products. Very helpful and nice. ☺ I was very appreciative of the time he took to help.

The employees that work in the paint department at the Dale City #4604 store are amazing, super knowledgeable and the customer service is off the charts. They all deserve a raise. I’ve been in there 4 times this weekend and every time the employees have been consistently awesome. I appreciate it so much that I won’t go anywhere else. Thank you!

We have had a great experience since moving to NOVA at this Home Depot. As new homeowners in a fixer-upper, we visit often! The lines are usually reasonable and the staff always seem eager and willing to help. I almost always leave here with a smile from the workers at the registers.

I'm giving my most recent visit 5 stars all because of Travis. I'm updating light bulbs in my house I just purchased and I brought in a bulb from the house and was trying to find the match I spent forever looking for it. Apparently they don't make those bulbs anymore and Travis helped me find the replacement bulb for it, new and improved LED. I believe he was on his lunch break when a co-worker snagged him to come help me and Travis went above and beyond showing me the difference between soft, bright and daylight. Made my visit so much better. Every store should have a Travis. Thank you Travis!!!

Mr. SAVOY is one of the most thorough managers ive ever dealt with. He is patient and he makes sure the customer is satisfied! I spoke with Micheal and i got hung up on but Savoy is the GOAT! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Just went to the Home Depot an Woodbridge a Virginia at 6:30 in the morning to buy a dishwasher.
Get there and told the clerks do not arrive till 11 o’clock but a lady in flooring called for the manager on duty. Just a quick sale I knew what I wanted and Heather helped me right away. Very professional and I appreciated her help. Home Depot is the best!!
