AT&T Store

I had a very pleasant and helpful experience at this location. The gentleman's name Dana, who was extremely helpful answering my questions was able to get my lines and phones upgraded as well as help with switching everything over. Id definitely recommend this location, thanks again.

I was so stressed out about my my phone not working I came to the store and And met a nice man name Dana Who was able to help me out and get my phone back to working condition definitely satisfied with his customer service

I had the pleasure of activating my new iPhone 15 with this ATT store today with the manager Geo and two of his associates that work at the store. My experience was some of the best customer service I have had in a long time. Can’t recommend this store enough. I am SO glad I chose the AT&T store at the 13261 Worth Ave, Woodbridge, VA location. I had the opportunity to receive assistance from the sales representative (Jaylon)! He was AWESOME! He is VERY professional and helpful! Jaylon is very patient and knowledgeable about the phones and services. He has that "can-do" spirit and nothing seems to be too much for him to accomplish. The WiFi in the store was problematic throughout the day. However, he was still able to activate my new phone. Also, transferred all my apps and information from my previous phone. He addressed ALL of my concerns and ensured my new phone was working properly when he finished. Jaylon should be considered for ANY management or supervisory position available!

Jaylon was fast, courteous, and professional. He was there first thing in the morning to answer my questions and get me out the door.

The service was excellent the employees were super friendly and easy to talk with! They did their best with each customer and didn’t leave any customer waiting for even a minute!

I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude for the great assistance I received from the store manager and his assistant. They both were extremely courteous and helpful during my time working with them. I came in with a pretty complicated situation after just recently transferring my service from another provider. Kyree was extremely helpful and worked with us to get to a solution. His customer service was fantastic! Thanks to him my service is working great.

We met Ivone, she was very helpful and quick with what we needed to do. I thought it was going to take a while but once we provided the info she asked. We were out quick.
She was patient and helpful and offer some extra help once the new phones arrive. Definitely would come back to get some help from the store reps.
The only thing was that they didn't have the phones in stock. I guess a quick call to Tue store would have solve that issue.

Hunter did an amazing job. With him being new to this store, he still knew where everything was and was able to get me what I wanted and then some. By far one of the best services I have had.

I don’t know about anyone else but going into a cellphone store always gives me some apprehension. As an older adult, the whole cell phone thing is intimidating, even though my grown children say I do fine. So I was a little nervous going into the store today but the employee Maxine greeted me within seconds of my entering the store and I was grateful and felt better. She was helping someone else and I watched her as she gave that customer her full attention which was further evidence this was a conscientious worker. It was a small sale that I had, a replacement screen cover, but Maxine took care of the transaction and installed the new one perfectly. I asked her how long she’d been there and she said a few months but you could tell she wants to be a very good employee. She wasn’t afraid to ask assistance from her fellow worker, a fact which also impressed me. Congratulations to the management at this store. Thank you and thanks to Maxine. I will definitely return to this particular AT&T authorized retailer for future cellphone needs.

Kyree helped us upgrade our phones and our account. He is very experienced and pleasant. We'll come back for all our phone needs because he was so helpful!

Benjamin is truly a godsend. He patiently helped me upgrade my entire family to the newest iPhone and explained what charges to expect in the upcoming months. 10/10 would recommend.

We came into the store to purchase a new phone for our daughter and it by far was the easiest phone experience we have ever had. Kyree was awesome! He helped to make sure we were getting as many discounts possible by making sure we got the lowest cost for our insurance protection and following through with trading in our super old Samsung S8 phone for a new Galaxy S22. Hau Dang is an amazing person. Not just by the services he provides at this location but also by merit of his humanity. In my experience made the process of replacing a busted phone way easier with his knowledge and professional advice. Give the guy a raise or a bonus, I think he deserves it.

1/5/23- Out of fear of misspelling his name, Mr Thad was a great deal of help despite my confused explanation of a problem I had. He and one other helped me with what I needed very efficiently!
