Owners and staff are a joy to work with, patient friendly knowledgeable, no pressure and extremely helpful. We created a 25th wedding anniversary ring using the original engagement stone. I had no idea what to do and their design exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend, and you will not be disappointed. We actually have gone back several times for jewelry repair and another smaller purchase and now can say we have a jeweler in the family.

The best of the best! We’ve used Chrysella for years now. They helped my fiancé design a stunning custom engagement ring in time for his proposal. They were so kind and incredible at what they do, we came back to create a wedding band designed for my engagement ring.

Asia and the team took care of everything for us remotely since we live in Hawaii now. We had a tight turnaround and some extra asks that they were more than willing to accommodate while shipping across the country. It was a seamless process despite the different time zones. Thank youuuu, Asia!!!!

They have unique technology in house to ensure your custom ring will fit perfectly. They sent me a mold to ensure I loved the fit and look before committing. They walked me through every step of the way and gave their professional opinions without making me feel pressured to decide. Their communication is speedy and always professional.

I loved the look of this wedding band but I asked them to remove a few diamonds on either side to match my wedding ring better and you can’t even tell this used to have double the amount of diamonds. Flawless customization.

Asia and Andrew are the diamond DREAM TEAM! My fiancé purchased my stunning engagement ring with their help in 2022 and recently returned to create our wedding bands. Their store is beautiful and their jewelry sparkles- but their service is what really shines. Asia and Andrew treat you like family. Their store is welcoming and so is the staff! There is never any pressure to upgrade or upsell, they are respectful of your vision and guide you through the buying and creating process. They are communicative and kind every step of the way! We had such a wonderful experience with our wedding band design and purchase, that I actually worked with Asia to customize a Mother's Ring as a gift for my mom too! Chrysella is absolutely our preferred jeweler. We plan on returning to add their beautiful pieces to our collection for birthdays, anniversaries, and just because! I highly recommend Chrysella to any and all looking for an experience as beautiful as the diamonds you buy!

Had an absolutely phenomenal experience working with Chrysella’s excellent staff. Asia in particular was extremely helpful in researching a Diamond that was within the specifications I was looking to get my soon to be fiancée. They treat you with respect at this store, and make you feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire engagement ring procurement process. I even got to watch the final polish of the ring! I cannot recommend this jewelry store enough, most definitely the best in the area hands down.

The price and insurance were explained properly aswell. As for the ring, it is absolutely gorgeous and we have gotten some many complements!

This review is long overdue, but my fiancé and I had a great experience designing my ring together at Chrysella. We looked at rings a few other places, but Andrew spent far more time than anyone else working with us, explaining the difference between different diamonds, and helping us choose the right one for us. He even made two different molds for me to try on, so I could choose the setting I wanted. We bought my ring during the holiday shopping season, but Chrysella still had it ready for us a week earlier than promised and hand delivered it to us in Alexandria. We're looking forward to shopping with them again when we buy our wedding bands!

When I first when in to buy a ring and initiate the process Andrew was so helpful walking me through ALL of my options. Once I confirmed I wanted a customized ring all communications with Asia were a breeze. She walked me through finalizing details with ease and no wait with communication. I couldn’t ask for a smoother process. I also want to note once I proposed the ring was a bit tighter than we planned and we were able to get in make necessary adjustments and receive the ring back with a quick turnaround. I appreciate all of their efforts, I couldn’t be happier with the finished product. We will definitely be coming back!
