Excellent customer service from Matt & Fatima!!! Employees of the Month, give them a raise! Matt answered and entertained all my questions and requests regarding basketball. Additionally, he carried my heavy items to the car! Fatima was knowledgeable at check out and processed two refunds with no issue. She was very flexible and polite. Thank you for being great employees!!!!! Give these two a raise!

Excellent customer service from associates John and Lawrence who went out of their way to answer my questions and being friendly individuals. Great place to shop for athletic gear and get expert advice for fitness and fishing enthusiasts.

Neat, well organized store. I still needed help finding what I needed. It took a while to find help. Store employee was friendly and took me right to it. Quick and friendly customer service at register. My item even rung up cheaper than displayed on the floor. Reasonable prices. I wouldn't hesitate to return! Great place for sports stuff !

This sporting goods place is beautiful, the location is not too far from home. They have a great clearance selection. We bought a bag full of clothes for $107 and received an additional 10% off. It's a deal you can't pass! They have lots of great clothing on clearance. Must go check it out before everything good is sold out!

I LOVE THIS STORE! I've gone in twice both buying different things with different employees and they're amazing towards military! The store already has EVERYTHING you could ever want. But the employees & the store policy on military discount shows that this company really cares. I will be coming back ALOT more.

Duck's has the most patient employees. My daughter must have tried on 10 different pairs of cleats before finding the ones she wanted and the lady helping us was doing God's work with her patience. Highly commendable.

Went there to buy an Item they didn't had in the Store.
Asked about it and the nice person from the Golf section helped me right away.
Got it shipped for low cost even when it was overweight, but they gave me the Storeshipping discount.

First time visiting Dick's and will definitely be back! They guy in the sneaker department (shaved head, mid 30's) was AMAZING! Helped me pick out a great pair of workout shoes. Every staff member I came in contact with was friendly and genuinely wanted to help. I'll be a frequent customer!

Anthony, in the sports equipment section, was excellent. He answered our questions with expert trainer knowledge and helped get our equipment into the vehicle. Price was good, and we purchased exactly what we wanted.

This was my first time in the store, and it was awesome. A young lady named Emma helped me pick out the right baseball gloves for my son and I. She was knowledgable and so helpful. We will definitely be back!!

Great staff and the elderly manager is awesome they are very helpful and make sure customer is satisfied will definately go back and tell others. Great job on picking good employees who are respectful.

I always go to this store to get any Athletic gear I need. It is always well stocked and the people are usually very nice and helpful.

By far the cleanest store I've seen. The lack of kettle bell options though... 25 lbs was your max weight. Really?

We came in REALLY close to closing time for cleats. I knew what I was looking for so when I told the man working in the shoe section and he picked out the perfect pair and I went with that very first pair he picked. He wasn't annoyed that we were there so late and were about to close and helped us as if we'd come mid day.

Great selection of items. Once in a while shopping for certain items. Was very disappointed in the reasoning to remove firearms from the stores. Other than that, ok to shop for all of your athletic equipment.

They have a great selection of equipment for all kinds of sports. Cashiers are always very friendly when we check out. Happy they have discount days for soccer programs!
