Friendly Staff and a great selection of all kinds of items. The sell back process is pretty smooth and easy, albeit a bit slow. Decent Selection of older video games/DVDs. Every book section is well organized and maintained. Haven't had any experience buying an instrument here, but they do carry them.

Loved this place! This bookstore is huge and offers both new and used books. The prices of the books ranged from extremely cheap to full sticker price for brand new books. I really appreciated that there was a little something for everyone ranging from books, games, music and other little knickknacks. Everything was nice and clean and the staff was super friendly. I'll definitely be back on a day where I have much more time.

5 star for selection and staff friendliness. also AWESOME educator discounts. buy backs get a 2 star lol. not the staff, but they really don't pay much for anything. i guess it's better than having junk fill up your house though !

Happened to bump into this place on my way to FedEx. I liked the ambiance of the store. It seemed nicely laid out. I didn't have much time to look through but I plan to go back soon.

Really fun bookstore with lots to choose from. Very need and geek heavy merchandise. Was an enjoyable place to shop and look for fun items.

The selection is incredible. They have books, instruments, consoles, card/board games, manga, almost anything you could be looking for. Great place to grab a small gift for a friend. If you play any tabletop games, they have a great selection. The new things are just as expensive here as anywhere else. I found used Warhammer codexes, star finder pre-printed adventures, shadowrun resources, and a LOT of pathfinder.

Great place to find used books, video games, movies, and more. New stuff as well. Kids love wandering around and browsing the books.

Huge store of wonder. They have lots of books, musical instruments, cd, dvd, games, collectibles and so much more! I love this place. Great place to find a gift for anyone trust me.

The Woodbridge location is the best! The books are well organized by genre and author's last name. I grew up going to Half Priced Bookstores, which I loved but the organization was fairly chaotic. I appreciate the time and effort 2nd and Charles puts into their store. I've been going here for years and I'll continue for as long as they're in business.

I absolutely love this store. The product is diverse and interesting. Everything from books to vinyl records can be found here. You can get good deals on used items, and you can even sell them your own things for cash or store credit. The staff has always been courteous and helpful when I was looking for something specific or had a question.

If you're looking for an interesting place to walk around and find that one item or book you didn't know you needed, this is the place to go!

Found some books I had been searching for at a great price. Store offered a fantastic selection. Plenty of free parking. Clean restrooms. Lots and lots of books, comics, movies and games. Plenty of fandom items as well, Potter, DC, Marvel, Star Wars, etc. We also sold books and were happy with price offered. You can sell items for cash or in store credit. Did take about an hour for staff to go through our stack of books and make an offer.

2nd & Charles was a surprisingly, pleasant find. Took my son here to buy records but we were both impressed by the number of records available. Records covering the past 70 years were lying in wait for eclectic and collector buyer alike.

Perusing the store revealed several interesting genres (gaming, new and used books, t-shirts, pop culture novelties). 2nd & Charles reminded me of a better, less commercialized version of BAM. Like a community had come together to share.

I definitely will be back and recommend this location if you are thinking of going to a popular book store.

Excellent spend almost 3 hours inside and had fun! So much merchandise and loved all their products, it’s a must for all kinds of stuff

Heaven, the games are cheap, they have a great selection of manga, they have cute plushies. Best store, i wish I lived closer.

Great store for books, albums, games, music, and record albums with a fair price on most. Could of stayed all day in that store.

My first time here and I love it! I'm a book person but, I'm also a video game/anime person and the merch here is just awesome! Think about GameStop but, better and with books/records in it. That's what this place is!

Such a great book store! It's easy to spend a long time roaming the aisles with books, games, cool t-shirts, novelty items, incense, musical instruments, records etc etc etc,
They're also doing their part to help the environment and don't give out bags when you check out, unless you vutly a tote. Good for them!
