Lowe's Home Improvement

My husband and I came in to order tile for our shower and floor remodel. Marissa in flooring who helped us was excellent. She showed us the products and explain everything when we had questions. We loved it that she double checked her work. The supervisor was very nice and when we needed her help. We are very pleased with the service we got and will definitely come back again.

This place almost always seems to have what I need, if I don't see it at Home Depot and then go to Lowe's they typically have what I was looking for. The ease of finding what I need here is great compated to other home improvement stores that are set up in ways that don't make sense. Their parking lot is also easier to navigate than the nearby Home Depot's parking lot that is hard to get into and out of.

I found what I was looking for, and the sale personnel were friendly and knowledgeable. The store management are attentive and want to ensure their customers are satisfied. This store chain is far superior to Home Depot.

We went in for the kids dyi Saturday event today and the manager was awesome! The manager made this event very memorable for my daughter. This was the first time we went and we will definitely be back.

I recently bought a fridge, oven, and dishwasher at Lowes Dale City, VA. The associate who helped us was Shirl Smith and we could not have been more delighted and pleased with her service, her knowledge of the inventory, and expertise in giving us the best deals. She has worked at Lowe's for 40 years and it shows!

Shirl was able to recommend the exact right fridge (and biggest) for what turned out to be our limited space. Asthetics was important to us; we showed her pictures of our kitchen renovation and she knew instantaly which appliances would look great there together.

When we got the delivery notice that one of the three appliances was going to be two weeks late (thus blowing up our family hoiliday gathering we were planning) we visited Shirl again to see if anything could be done. She checked the inventory in the back of the store 3 times!. In the end, she was able to arrange to get us a different appliance (actually upgraded) for the same price which could be delivered along with the other two. She saved our holiday!

I highly recommend working with Shirl in appliances. She knows the system and can get things done the right way! Thank YOU Shirl!

What a great deal on carpet purchase. Free installation. You just can't beat that anywhere. Thanks for the great service as well.

Got soil for my renewed vegetable garden. So many brands it was easy to choose.

I found everything I needed and was given prompt service. I always have a great experience at Lowes. They offer a military discount but you must sign up for it, I recommend googling it before leaving for house.

Update- as always they had everything we needed and plenty of staff to help. One thing I would like to see on a busy Sunday is more open registers. The self checkout isn't as effective with numerous of bulky items. Still 5 stars.

New update. I used online ordering/store pickup for the first time. It went very smooth and the attendant was nice enough to explain how I can use the app and not even need to go in. The Dale City Lowe's is great.

Stopped in to get some things for stage props. Found what we needed but struggled a little getting to things because of delivery and pick up orders stacked in the aisle. Young lady at checkout was great!

Came in to get an exact paint color match for interior project. Having tried another store twice, Lowe’s today made an exact paint match. Anthony who was working went above and beyond and tested results afterwards. He needs to be recognized for excellent customer service.

Employees are always eager to assist. This location seems to be a little less unorganized than other nearby locations.

Great experience at this store! Marcel in the garden section was super helpful and even helped me with my second question as he was leaving to get off of work! I’ll definitely be coming back to this Lowe’s for all of my home goods. They have great customer service!!Highly recommend!

Gardening section is way better than Home Depot's. Flowers and items are better organized. The setting is better. Prices are a bit cheaper sometimes. Helpful lady at the cash register.

Soooo much more friendly and engaged than Home Depot. I enjoyed my purchase today and Sheri was great! Faster delivery and installation time than HD and BB.

The item I was looking for had an empty peg on the shelf, the employee checked on his app saw there were some in stock and went searching for it. He found it on a pallet in the stock room. He definitely went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for.

Melissa and Marissa answered every question I had. She didn’t have any facial expressions that indicated she didn’t feel like doing it! Helped me resolve my flooring issues. Very professional and good staff!

Clean store, the layout is organized & the staff is pretty helpful. I prefer Lowe's over Home Depot just my preference.

I like shopping here. More than Home Depot. I've recently started shopping brick and mortar again after finally getting tired of ending up low quality goods from Amazon.

I like the layout of this Lowe's. The tools selection is fantastic. I really like they now offer many power tools that are NOT made in China. They have some that are made in America, and many that are made anywhere but China.

Avoiding tools manufactured by TTI based in China is important to me.

They have good people in customer service. This morning (01/02/23) I met with Michael to pick up my online order. He was super nice and customer driven. I loved his service! Way above and beyond!
