Ashley Store

We only purchased here today due to a combination of Roy's excellent customer service skills, good looks & professionalism. He may as well be a cousin at this point. Thanks Roy for the hookup and we will see you again soon at the family BBQ.

I went to Ashley furniture store in Cedar Park just to get an idea of what Beds they had for there Sale. I had a little idea on what I like but no idea on what I wanted. Joann was the store specialist I was greeted by. I was very impressed with her knowledge of interior design. I gave her a few ideas on what I was thinking about she brought me right to a few options that fit perfectly. She was very informative and help me tremendously with picking out a bed. I was also thinking about a new sofa, again not sure of what I wanted. She listened to what my thoughts were and brought me right to the perfect sofa. The whole time I was there trying to make decisions the rest of the store staff and specialist were very attentive as well. I will definitely going back when I'm ready to add more furniture.

Dawn was amazing. She treated us wonderfully as this was our second visit to the store. She went over and beyond normal customer service. We believe in buying local whenever possible. We passed by several furniture stores on the 30 minute drive to Ashley, without stopping of course. One of the longest lasting furniture we ever purchased was a sectional couch in 2005, lasted 20 years with dogs cat,kids. Great experience at Cedar Park so far. Thanks.

Joshua gave us a warm greeting at the door and didn’t push a hard and fast sale. He informed us with knowledge and honesty (something hard to come by these days) on the 2 sets of furniture we were considering so that we could make an educated decision. In the end we choose the Olsberg collection which we are very happy with. Firm seating so you don’t sink in and have a hard time getting back up. The backs are firm, not hard, so you can actually feel the support in your lower back. I consider us average size people and when we sit down our feet are comfortably on the floor. Joshua made our shopping experience relaxing and very enjoyable. I highly recommend dealing with him and we will definitely be back to work with him in the future. Thank you Josh for helping us with our purchase!

Renae and Tim were just absolutely amazing. We’ve been to about 7 furniture stores and got 100 different options. This is the best store in town. Got us financing (I needed to build my credit we had cash) and we got a an amazing couch and chair, my girlfriend is very happy Where are we at?

Timothy Woods the Sales person assisting us was very helpful in picking the right item for our needs. He was very cheerful and went out the way making sure we had a pleasant experience shopping at Cedar Park Ashley location.

Once again I am pleased with my furniture from Ashley Home Store. With arriving later in the evening Dawn never made me feel rushed to make a purchase. She was personable, professional and informative. Dawn took great care of me while shopping for the perfect bed set. I will be working with Dawn again in the future for all of my furniture needs. Joshua & Dawn were excellent! Joshua gave me enough space to find what I liked before “selling” anything to me. He did a great job showing me the value in the Black Friday sale & the great financing offers. Dawn spent extra time ensuring I found the perfect mattress for my body time & preferences.
They made a great team & I am so super excited to see my new bedroom furniture next week!!!

Had a very easy time shopping here thanks to the help of Jaci. My partner and I were in the market for a couch and she made it very clear she was going to find the best one for us. She was very knowledgeable and taught us a lot about how to find the perfect piece of furniture. We ended up falling in love with one and had all of our questions answered on the spot about how to care for it, delivery process, warrantees, and any deals going on that week! We also ended up finding the perfect accent chair and throw pillows she recommended to us as well.
Will definitely come back and recommend to friends and family!

Deliverers were excellent. I was upset at first because my desk was supposed to be assembled but it came in a box. After they called the store, the salesperson instructed the delivery guys to it together for me…and they were excellent and professional in how they handled everything! Kudos to them for great customer service!

My family and I were in the market for a new mattress and bed frame. We were greeted by Tim and Dawn who were friendly and more than helpful. They were very knowledgeable and made our shopping easy. We are extremely happy and satisfied with the service we got.

Ashley did a great job of walking us through the store and on her computer to find us options for the pieces we were looking for. We finally decided on a couple of pieces that they did have, and Ashley make the whole sales process seamless and quick. We are looking forward to our delivery of our new couch and loveseat!

I qlready knew what i wanted when i went to Ashley store. When i licated the couch, it was exactly like what i saw online & it was as comfortable as I imagined. Josh was working yhat evening and was lucky winner who got to deal with me. (LOL)
Josh was extremely nice & very efficient. Didn't take long to purchase the couch & schedule the delivery.
The day of the delivery, I was given a nice surprise as they were able to deliver it much sooner than they first estimated.
