Target

Went to this location yesterday to buy some AirPods and a few items. Madison and another employee ( we forgot to get his name )in the tech department was very helpful and professional. Both of them were very patient and knowledgeable of the products and the target card. Thank you so much to both of them and we appreciate the help. Your customer service was outstanding.

This Target store at Cedar park is a SUPER TARGET STORE. The store is totally big and includes a wide variety of grocery . Always love the daily/weekly deals available on target . Very much useful items for kids and home . They have pizza hut and Starbucks inside and the store people are very much kind and helpful. I went through an issue and they were helping me to solve it.

This location is clean, well organized and the customer service has always been great! They recently price matched some nerf guns for me and were so friendly. We also really like Target Optical. Love that it's not overcrowded and check out is quick and easy!

I love Target, and this one is especially nice. The employees are friendly and the store is clean. There is always a great selection of products, and returns are very easy!

I was in this store last evening and a customer came to the guest service desk while I was also right there. They were asking about why they did not get the target circle rewards the cashier had told them about. One of the help desk girls was asking questions and asked to see her app so she could dig deeper and try and find out. the customer was all the while talking bout how it didn’t make sense, how Target probably took her money and she wanted her money back… point is she was not being very nice and as her tone changed another lady showed up to assist her. More like support her team while a customer is getting loud and obnoxious. Meanwhile they asked the lady if she had logged into the target guest wi-fi and this is where she snapped. She began to verbally abuse the girls, the one lady that was trying to help asked her to try and log into it since there was probably a glitch and the lady went off! She was yelling, her demeanor was very threatening and she was demanding names and acting like she was wronged when these two poor girls were just trying to help her. She put on a show, raising her voice, calling the one girl names and at the tail end the one girl walked away because the lady threatened her and pulled her phone out as if to record her. She called her names and kept demanding her name. She wouldn’t leave. The reason I am writing this is because that lady was playing the victim and those two girls did nothing to be rude or mean or yell and that lady was crazy. She threatened to call and say nasty things, and i’m not sure if she got anything on video but those girls deserve a high-five for being so friendly to a customer so terrible, and don’t believe everything because i saw it all happen.

GREAT Super Target location with good lighting, great selection, and happy employees. 🙂 Always my go to for gifts, fun t-shirts, teen swimsuits, fun decor (on sale), and foods I can't find at other stores. Always something new to be found!❤

I had a very nice experience at this Target this morning. The store is very clean with a helpful team. Special thanks to Erica for digging into the boxes for me.

This review is specifically for the bakery. These guys are rockstars! We did an 80’s theme party and they blew it out of the water with this cupcake cake. They were a little difficult to get ahold of, but they went above and beyond to give us the best product possible.

This Target store looks great after the Remodel! The new layout of the store makes the shopping experience much more pleasant!

They always have the lipton tea I like in stock. Pickup was smooth.

Normally I’ve had more bad experiences with target than not, however today was good! My granddaughter and I went looking for only one particular item. Needle in haystack right? Well this one young lady stepped in and saved the day! Which was awesome because our quest was to brighten my granddaughter’s day due to the loss of her pet just last night. . I couldn’t thank her enough!

The Target I regularly go to always has friendly employees and I’m able to get in and out quickly. I love being able to use the app to return something quickly and easily.

My wife and I came in for a smart TV and we had a great experience thanks to Fernando in electronics. He went above and beyond to helps us purchase the TV that we wanted. He even rolled it to the front of the store and helped me load it into our truck. Now that’s superb customer service, this gentleman needs a raise!!!

I had a little glitch with my app but the two Target Employees that handled my pick up order were outstanding and literally ran to grab my bag because they knew that I had been waiting. They saved the day. I am so impressed with their poise at handling the situation and competence in fixing the situation and then getting my order out to me. Well done Target family!

Yesterday, the charger for my consumer cellular phone, broke. The device I have requires a customized charger. In making my request for assistance with a new charger, I was treated with kindness and respect, which in today's world is seldom seen anymore. Christina and Sara identified what needed to be done and resolved my issue in a pleasant, professional way. I'm so grateful and want to commend them for their high quality customer service. I received exceptional care and attention when I was looking for a specific item. The situation was outside the norm but the worker never lost their cool and showed me that they cared about me. I almost went to another store for the item I was looking for but after this wonderful experience will never shop anywhere again. If Target doesn't have it, I don't need it!
